Work for a local distribution company and had a driver calling since 130am to close to 4am and no luck. Finally, answers me and I tell him driver will be calling with the needed info and he don't answer my driver's calls. It is now close to 730am and he still hasn't returned any of my calls.
I called this buisness since 6:30pm.. said they did not have any tow trucks available, but they would call me back when one was available and never did. And we saw one of their trucks pass by to pick up another vehicle two hours later, when we called back to find out what happened they told us it would be another three hours for a tow truck to come back. The truck was a flatbed that could clearly carry two vehicles at once, but the driver refused saying that my truck was too big. Horrible service!! I do not recommend!!!!
