These guys here I consider a truly angel sent from heaven. Their name will forever stand for exactly what it says 110% recommended hands down!!! I thank you guys for coming through to my rescue on such a short notice… For you fellow Hot shot drivers, and truck drivers. Responsive, quick, and reassuring. also, it was nice dealing directly with the owner (Freddy). and then he sends me a father/young son team to fetch my classic car (Kombi)! I was in great hands!

I was paying road side assistance with a very well known auto insurance, when my car’s alternator gave up on me after picking up my kids from school and being stranded in the middle of a busy road the insurance told me to find myself a tow company that can help me and call them back, because of this other tow places told me I had to wait my turn and that it could takr me up to 3-4 hours, and if I paid out of pocket I’d still had to wait my turn and it’d take an hour or more. I called Freddys and right away in about 15 minutes they were there helping me, took my car home and even gave us a ride. I really appreciate it, it was a very busy hour on a very busy road with temperatures above 100, with my 3 kids, Thank you.

Had a lockout at a property I was delivering too. An old man left his truck running and everything in his truck, even the dog. Well the dog learned to lock the door but not unlock it. Called Freddy's after 3 attempts with other company's I the area. Less than an hour came and unlocked the truck.

I used this towing service to get my car to a shop ,and they convinced me to take it to there shop instead. Big mistake they left my car in a worst condition, had to pay for them to check it even though I already knew the problem. Then they told me it was best if I took it to the people I was originally going to take it to .Oh but on the plus side they gave me a discount for them to tow it to the other place. Never again!

I called 2 other companies before calling Freddy's (one of whom was so rude and gave me the excuse that they couldn't help me with a tow because they have a flatbed and where my car was located was going to make it difficult). Freddy's, who ALSO used flatbeds, didn't even hesitate. They worked with me and helped me get out of a horrible situation. Thank you so much!!!

Freddy and his whole crew went above and beyond. they did everything they could to recover me and my truck when no other company would! I was impressed and highly recommend his services.

Horrible experience.... I requested a tow and sent a photo of my vehicle and he said he'd be here in 45 min. I offered to pay more if he could get here quicker and he said ok. They show up an hour later and attempt to load the van onto the flatbed and it gets stuck, tires were revving the back of the vehicle is stuck in the asphalt and he couldn't get it on or off at this point so an hour later he finally gets it off and tries again twice with no luck! If they knew they could not tow a transit van then they should not have even attempted to try! Now I have to start all over with another towing company 3hrs later!!!! Do not waste your time with this company – trust me!!!

I highly recommend Freddy’s Towing. I was stranded out on a Farm to Market road (FM2895) off of HWY 359 at midnight. They were the only towing company that was willing to go out there. I had constant communication with driver and owner it helped to ease my mind. Great customer service and quick response. If I could I’d give them 10 stars I would! Excellent!!!

Very reliable, courteous, not expensive. He assured me with questions I had. I could not recommend him enough. I have used their service 3x already and have been very satisfied.

I call them this morning at 11:30he said he would come by an hour later. I text him at 1:30 he didn't return my text. Then I call him twice 10 min. Later and still he doesn't have the courtesy to return my call. I end up calling Garza wrecker... and they show up in time. No manners at all.

This company was extremely professional and helped me on a Sunday evening when not a single “24 hr” tow company answered their phones. Their customer service was comprehensive and compassionate. I highly recommend Freddy’s towing and is my only tow company from now on.

Called to request service and the woman answering the phone didn't mention the name of the business, when I asked if it was the towing company I got a "Yeah" and then they hung up as I was explaining the request. Sorry for trying to give you money, I'll take my business elsewhere.

I thot all the comments are not true but I found hard ways he told me he is going to be in 35 to 45 min I called after one hour he said can be longer I cancel and hope everyone boycott this towing company
