I scheduled a jump start with this company, and they were suppose to be at my residence at 6:49am, I called them at around 6:58am to get an update, and the dispatch lady said that they're running behind, and that I would have to wait another hour. They didn't call me to give me an update, I had to call them, and it's going to be about 2 hours total to get a jump start from a tow company that's local. Update: It's 7:52am and I called my insurance company to ask them a question, and discovered during that call, that the company above canceled my service appointment. Again, they didn't call to inform me of this. Now I have to wait longer for another company to come out.
It’s already a struggle for an individuals truck to get towed , last thing someone needs is an elderly woman giving me attitude and speaking to me like if I am not intelligent. All I want to do is pay to get my truck out and go on about my business. Don’t want to work you should just stay at home
They stole some parts from my truck the owner said he would pay them to call back next morning Chris Cabello and he denied paying them sad my truck was only there 1 day if it would of been there more time I belive they could have stolen more things the owner christ cabellos is a lier worst experience ever 😡😡
