It’s already hard having your vehicle picked up and now an elderly woman with an attitude giving you a difficult time is the last thing a person needs. Lady speaks to you like if she has a grudge with someone. I just want to pay to get my truck out and go on about my business , I don’t have time for things like these. Employees should stay at home if they don’t want to go to work, also if they don’t want do deal with customers then this job isn’t for them
If I could review it a ZERO, I would. My roadside assistance with Hyundai is with them and I have been in need of their service 3 times, and it's always an eternal wait. They don't call back, and once when they did show up, the man arrives topless (con barriga) at 4pm and puts on his wife beater shirt on the scene. I've been waiting 2 hours to get my car unlocked by them. They have yet to call me to give me an ETA. Good thing I'm not stranded in the middle of nowhere and made other arrangements. Servicio de apeso!
One of the worse Service in town by an Elderly woman. Everyone else is very helpful. She yells at you and she says if you don't like our store go other places. This is just unbelievable.
