Very disappointed with the overall experience. The service was unprofessional and communication was lacking throughout the process. Expectations were not met, and there seemed to be little accountability when issues arose. Would not recommend based on my experience.
I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone i took my truck there for a leak & they kept telling me they were about to work on it & i had to keep calling them asking if it was done cause they never called me then they kept telling me my truck was next when in reality they didnt start to work on it til the the second day they kept my truck for almost 3 days & for the first two days they kept telling me my truck was next to work on & that they were already working on it when in reality they didnt work on it til another day & when i got my truck back the leak was still there & some other lady came in telling off the mechanic telling them she came for her truck when they had it for two weeks & the mechanic tells her its still not ready & she just starting going off on the guy & when i called the mechanic later that day he told me the truck must be leaking from another problem when the problem wasnt even fixed in the first place & i took it back today & when the mechanic saw my truck he swore to me that it wasn't leaking when all my friends & family including me were able to see the leak i even send him a video of the leak & where it came from & he kept telling me it wasnt leaking when it was at his shop i brought the truck back home & went under the truck & clearly saw it was still leaking these mechanics are not honest at all & are just tryna take your money i literally threw about $250 away for nothing & btw ima report them to immigration
Juan is the best in town for me.. I needed a computer installed and an alternator.. the new alternator was bad. Juan had to keep my car for a month.. made the repair while I was gone..

Beware! I called him at night and he told me that he would be here at 8 am, he got here at 1 pm. He said that it was my starter and took my car, he said that everything including repairs would cost me $335 so I said okay and he told me to cash app his wife the money. He took my car and stalled for 5 hours! He wouldn’t answer my calls and when he finally decided to answer my calls he kept telling me that my car was almost done. He told me before that the shop closed at 6 pm so I was stressed over the fact that it was already 6 . He called after 6 pm and told me that my car wouldn’t turn on and that the motor was not working anymore, my motor was completely fine before he took my car! I asked him if I could just get my car towed back to my place and he said that it would be $65-$67 PLUS $300 because of the REPAIRS he did… All he did was take my car and mess up my motor. He told me that if he were to bring my car it would have to be tomorrow at 10 am but I couldn’t trust his word any longer and decided to see his reviews just to find out that he had horrible reviews! I wanted to go see if I could have someone else tow it to my house so I had my family drive me to the shop and when we got there he was still there even though it was well after 6pm and told me that he wouldn’t turn my car on even though I just wanted to see if it really wouldn’t turn on, he made excuses on why he couldn’t, the cops had to get involved and he DEMANDED $300 before I took my car out of his property. He is unprofessional, untrustworthy, and unhelpful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MORALES MOBILE REPAIR!!
These guts are fantastic! Highly recommend! Broke down in Laredo at 6:15 p.m. called Morales Mobile Mechanic they were here in 15 minutes and had me back up and running by 7:30 p.m.
Very deceptive. First said transmission flush took 5 quarts to replace, then said would take 12 quarts, then spent 8 hours locating fluid as supposedly no one had it, finally said took 5 quarts. Left with uncertainty if correct amount of fluid was put in transmission. Waited outside from 9 to around 7pm for transmission flush. NOT RECOMMENDED. Have to go out of town and don’t trust my truck. Never had problems with my truck. They are rude, untrained. They reminded me work had no guarantee.
They are the best. They took care of me and got me on my way ASAP for my 1800 mile Trip home for Christmas . best service for a reasonable price.dont go anywhere else.
Mechanic Juan was prompt, courteous, quick & kind. He found the issue which was my starter. Fixed it within 30 min. Price was higher than I expected however I paid for the convenience & his expertise. Overall great experience. Thank you!!!
Mr. Morales came over and helped me out when I needed it. I would not have been able to fix my car without his help. Fair price too for coming on short notice.
Morales charged us a small fee, to check out our truck. For everything they did checking out the truck staying late for pretty much no charge. It was a blessing. We were driving thru Laredo back home to Houston TX when the truck broke down and they helped out a lot. We don’t know what we would have done without them.
They've saved us! Our car crapped out and a mechanic joined us within an hour of our late night call and had the car up and running in the morning, car still running great since and all was with a friendly smile!

Car started misfiring … brake light came on, car turned off so I called this joker… he goes over… couldn’t identify the issue… so , he recommends tune up, spark plugs, whatever… starts working on the car, gets done, I drive off, car stops in the middle of the road… call him back, goes back, checks it again, still couldn’t identify the issue… he gives me back a car that now the lights won’t work on it, it’s still turning off, left the cooling fans on even when the car is turned off…he said he replaced the key switch but I know he didn’t… this person is by far the worst mechanic I’ve ever dealt with … I wouldn’t recommend the guy to himself… worst experience ever, bro…
Went in for spark plugs change . Mr morales did not change instead he told a different mechanic he had there to install the spark plugs . When I left the truck started misfiring . Found a spark plug broken inside my heads. He should of let me know instead of letting me leave with a broken spark plugs . Bad service !

They answered the phone and showed up when they said they would. They were very careful and thorough with their diagnostic even though it was late in the evening on a Friday. Nice guys but they only take cash.
Excellent & Fast service, Called him and he came to my place of residence within 30 minutes. I definitely would recommend him to anybody else, Very professional as well.
