Great prices , always helpful . I’ve dealt with them 4 different occasions this last time was in 2023 had my windshield replaced , recently my rear view mirror fell off my F250 2018 and they’re replacing the whole windshield great service . Thank you Virlar

DONT GO to them they get mad at me for asking for information. And to top off everything they didn't want to give back my car keys I HAD TO CALL THE POLICE! and even the police tell me they get calls like that all the time! If you took this seriously why are you just now answering 8mths later Again I say do not take your car here.

My fault for not reading the reviews, never again will I do business with this place. Long story short, I took my son's truck for paint, hood and roof only. Took it in on a tues and was told it be ready by Friday, Saturday the most. It's been 10 days and not ready yet. Each time we call, we get the same answer, "it'll be ready tomorrow." Twice I've asked for pictures to see if they even started on it. I haven't received anything. The rude lady on the phone told me , I should've read the sign that says we are short handed in staff. I told her you shouldn't have told me an end date and keep telling me it'll be ready tomorrow. 10 days and counting, stay away from this place. Update, we are having to call police to get our car back. At this point, I don't care the condition it is in, I just want it back. They would not release it to me. Second update, it took two officers and 3 hours to get my truck back. Lie after lie is what I kept getting. Long story short, it took them 11 days to just sand the hood and roof. Absolutely the worst experience. Be warned everybody. Can I edit my review to a minus 5?

i had a very disappointing expereince with this shop. Unfortunately, the part I purchased did not fit my vehicle, despite being told it would. When I attempted to return the item, I was informed that refunds were not allowed, even through the part was incorrectly recommended. Additionally, I found the customer service to be unprofessional and unhelpful. I hope this business takes this feedback seriously and works on improving it's customer service practices, especially in supporting vulnerable customers such as the elderly. I would not recommend this shop based on my experience. DO BETTER !

This place is an absolute joke. Hear me out, BUY from AMAZON. Don’t make the same mistake that I did. These people are ruthless and don’t give two craps about their customers. The only people they serve is their own. This place is not handicapped friendly either.

The lady that was help me, was no help. She was so rude! I was yelled at, and I felt so offended. Overwhelmed with her wanting me to tell her what parts I needed. I don’t know! If I knew I would have told her. Instead she told me for me to leave. And no one inside came out to help me. I have never been mistreated like that before.

The lady on the phone is super rude, we placed an order expected for next day since it was an urgent need and only asked for a deposit of half the amount and told us to pay the rest next day when the part arrived. The next day we call for an update of the order and they state that it will take 5 more day, when they said it would arrive next day. Then they lied about saying that the part would take 4-5 days since the beginning when they did NOT. Then she started saying how we could not afford to pay the full amount of the order when we were never asked to pay the full amount, they only asked for a deposit and then to pay the rest when the part arrived. So why is she bringing up that we can not afford something as if she knows of our economic situation!? That is super offensive! SUPER BAD SERVICE AND RUDE EMPLOYE! NEVER BUYING HERE AGAIN!

Horrible service, avoid getting any service here. I called at 1pm, part was in stock. I rushed to get it serviced to replace a window, got there at 2pm left the vehicle waited till 7:30pm to be notified the tech broke the window. Throughout my stay in the lobby several customers were complaining about the horrible service and delays. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

Very bad service ordered side steps for my truck and only got the boards no wires etc . Didn't install them there and had given me the wrong prices to begin with . The guy was very rude . Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible customer services Lies, lies, lies.... They lie just to get business, to replace a windshield make me go 2 days and the second day the promise that it only going to take 40 minutes when in reality take them almost 5 hours.

I order my truck part on Friday. And they said they had it on stock. After waiting 30 minutes I ask the lady I was still waiting for my part and she said that they were getting it. After another 15 minutes a guy came over and told me they had to order it and it would be here they following Monday by 3pm. It's Tuesday 11 45p and I am still waiting for the damn part. What ever you do don't order vehicles part from them. Go some place else even if you have to pay more. It's not worth the wait and the frustrations. I don't know how this place stays in business. They are good at taking your money but way short on customer service

Will not be purchasing from here ever again. They sell damaged parts & do not allow for exchanges or returns. I had to buy 2 of the same parts because they couldn’t fix something they caused. If there was a way to leave no stars I would.

My back glass on my sunroof broke from a rock. Many window places can’t fix this. I went here and they were able to order the glass and it got delivered the next day. I took my car in for installation and I left with my car that same day. They have reasonable prices and the service was quick.

Saturday I paid a front bumper for a vehicle they said they had, but when I arrived they told me to wait to check where the part is, after 45min of waiting , they told me that the parts they had were damaged and that they cannot give those to me, but that they will order a new one and should be here by Monday. So I called on Monday like 3 times and each time they said call back in an hour, so I went the following day on Tuesday to pick what I had already paid for I had missed placed the receipt and they said I need to go find it, that they cannot give me the part that I already paid for, so I ask if they have record of the order and they said they will not help me until I try to find the receipt and the lady walked away. I was stunned there a lot other places to order parts I don’t recommend this place , they were, rude unprofessional and no customer service whatsoever. If you do go to this place don’t loose your receipt or they will take your money for free.

Poor customer service. I accidently misplaced recite issue and was told it was my problem I needed one to pick up my car part .That if i was blind it was all over the wall. After 24hrs finally found recipet. Got my part and no screws for self installation .Asked Lady if could speak with a manager was told she was not available. That she didnt have time to argue. I was not arguing i was simply asking why i had to continue to wait for a paid part. And with my bank card that could be traced back to me. Never wanted to give me her name or bother to escalate issue. Never provided owner name. Finally 5 days later after I was told 48hrs got part never spoke with managers apparently there are none. 155.00 short have a part with no screws at all. I still need installation . Sad and disappointed. Was recommended by a manager friendof mine. Never again. Was willing to let them do it but didn't feel valued as a customer. If you don't like your job and can't at least be kind to your customers get another job. A smile and sorry goes a long way not just a well its your problem attitude. We are paying customers. Details on your sales matter. Value the customers that's what brings you business.

I rarely write reviews, but my experience with Virlar has been so problematic that I feel obligated to share. I initially visited Virlar to purchase and install a new windshield. The installation had an air leak that required three separate visits to fix. Each visit consumed 5-7 hours of my time, causing me to lose valuable work hours. Although the air leak was eventually fixed on the third attempt, the overall experience was marred by inefficiency and poor time management. Additionally, each time I was told my vehicle was ready, I would arrive to find that they were still working on it. This lack of coordination made the process incredibly inconvenient for me. To make matters worse, recent rains have led to water leaking through the windshield, compromising the upholstery and potentially damaging the electronics in my vehicle. After more than 3 weeks and multiple visits, I find myself back at square one. Don’t expect to be prioritized in their queue, even if they failed to properly service your vehicle the first time. You’ll still be forced to wait another 5+ hours. I strongly advise against using Virlar’s services. Save yourself the time, money, and headache.

We ordered a part for an SUV and the employee ordered the wrong one so when my husband went to tell them they did admit it was a mistake but refuse to to a refund and a return for the part. I made a dispute with my bank and send them the invoice and that way We could get our money back. Never again buying from this trashy place.

Good price for windshield replacement and body vehicle stuff. We got a great price for the rear lights with cables and bulbs for our SUV They had the complete set and paid ruffly $55 plus tax each when at AutoZone was only going to sell me the cable for $64..... So of course, I was glad to get a great deal for the complete package . The only thing that we didn't like is that I had to pay for them first in order to check them out because once you leave there, there are no refunds nor replacements!! So, MAKE SURE YOUR GIVEN THE CORRECT ITEM FOR YOUR VEHICLE BECAUSE THE PERSON THAT ATTENDED MY ORDER GAVE ME AT FIRST- LIGHTS FOR A DIFFERENT SUV AND IF IT WASN'T FOR US DOUBLE CHECKING BEFORE LEAVING WE WOULD'VE BEEN STUCK WITH THEM.

Horrible experience with both men who “helped” me. I placed an order over the phone and never got told all sales are final. I go over the next day because I wanted a refund on some parts and the first man told me he couldn’t do it because it said “all over” that no refunds are made. First thing I did when I walked in the store was to check on any papers saying just that. I found ONE paper barely visible, to the public, ripped on the far right. Then another employee took over because the first one said “give me one second” and left me standing while he was chatting with other people and just on his phone. The second man explain TWO of the parts they already had and the 3rd one had to be ordered. So here’s my understanding..two parts were NOT “special” orders because the store already had them correct? yet the employee said it was specially ordered for me? Then I asked him to refund me those two since those were ordered for me before and they had them and he said no because they were ordered by me!? I confronted him about his contradiction and he denied he’d said that. The second man even laughed when I said how can they not tell the customer about final sales and when I asked if there was a manager he said there was no one to help and no one could do anything not even the owner. Anyway, horrible communication, horrible customer service, and no explanation of store policies .

I really give no stars but I had to put one star because it did not let me post, this place took a long delay of getting my windshield replaced for my vehicle. I brought my vehicle early morning 9am, in fact I was the first customer but the man there told me it would take 4 hours. If I would of known sooner I prefer to not have the service done. So I waited after the 4 hours and still not done nor started, it’s 5:45 pm and just like I figured, they put my vehicle last because I did call it to the attention of the male employee that lied to me that it would be worked on immediately but in reality it was not, and I had already paid. This place has not changed and a lot of people have complained of other issues like receiving wrong parts and long delays and they don’t like people that speak up. Bad customer service and I do not recommend this place I do speak up for the people so that people won’t go thru in what I went thru. What’s worse is that they only have one employee working on windshield replacement They should be honest up front so one cud not waste time

I ordered 4 parts and didn't arrive when they said didn't even give a headups. They ended up arriving 2 days later when we were closed and out of town. 1 part was incorrect and they would not return or at least exchange for the correct one. Need to be more organized as well will not be ordering again.

Bad service! No Communication! Always place on hold for long periods of time! Brought a part on Friday because they said they had it before I paid. Then they call me back to let me know I had to order the part and it'll get there til Monday after 3pm. Then I called to see if they can drop off the part @ a body shop and they said yes after 6pm. I had a dude @ the body shop waiting for it til 8pm and it never got there and nobody from virlar got a hold of me to let me know they weren't gonna drop it off or if my part even arrived! It'll be my last time ordering parts from them!

Good prices but you have to check first they have the parts because they charge you first and they doesn't have them, they tell you will have it next day and usual they get several days and you need to have the original receipt even if its their fault do not had it or you lost your money

Took my car on Saturday 9:40 AM for a windshield replacement that had been paid the car dealership I bought the car from. The windshield was in stock because I already had to wait for over two weeks for it to arrive. Went at noon to check the car, was in the same place I left and and was told would be ready, that there were only two cars before it. Went again at 3:30 PM fearing that since the place closes at 4:00PM the car wouldn’t be ready and I will have to get a ride Monday to work. I was told then that they closed the lobby at 4:00PM but that they closed at 10:00PM and they will call me and it will be ready that day. Went at 8:45PM and my car was in the same spot in the parking lot, blowed the horn to see if someone came so I can get my car and no one came. 10pm came. 11pm came and no call. Sunday they don’t open and I’m without a car until they decide Monday to work on it. When I go for a service I expect to be told the truth. I expect that if a service will not be provided as told, at least to be called to pick up my vehicle. Good service is not based on lying to your customers. Is based in providing the services as promised. I DO Not recommend this place. I am stuck because the payment was already provided. If you can take your car somewhere else where they will be sincere and straightforward to their customers

Prices are the only thing reasonable there. Service is bad, if you have time to spare order it off amazon or ebay to be honest. Idk if ut was because i gave them lip i got a broken and scratched grille, at this point didnt want to deal with them and just left.

Friendly GM but staff want to ignore you. Front desk has no idea what's going on in the shop. Maybe because their English is not great. General over promise under deliver time frame for auto repair. Missed time frame by 100%. 2 weeks instead of 1. Said on pickup, "will be ready in 5 minutes" and took almost 2 hours. This could be a Spanish culture thing. Maybe? Work looks quality enough but missed several details like not recharging AC, not fixing left blinker, not including broken mirror in estimate and not fixing requested windshield. Price was good. if I come again I will ask for more detail and for written time frames.
