Rude driver unfortunately I didn't get a name. But he kept honking to move while turning & having the right of way. We all have bad days but so unnecessary.
Really good and honest guys. They gave me cheap price and did a discount at the end to make the customer happy. The best heavy duty towing in this area. Recomend for fleet guys
Their wrecker says J & E Crane and Towing, which apparently is the same business. They were very helpful when my truck refused to start up again after I turned it off inside a Blue Beacon's wash bay. They even gave me a ride to a motel afterwards, because it was the middle of the night and my truck was his last tow job in his shift. He took the time to put the end of the drive shaft in a plastic bag so it wouldn't make a mess. Now I'm just waiting for them to get my truck moved from the towing company's yard to the dealership. The dealership was closed when I broke down, so they couldn't take it straight there. Very friendly guy though. I hope he gets more sleep. It sounded like his work day was really long. Even though the address is on Mines Road, the business isn't physically by Mines. It's physically located on PG Sport Road.
Pretty much the same in any city. About $450 plus $20 a day storage fees. Or u can leave your vehicle there forever and not pay anything...

Today we had an unfortunate event, we didn’t see a pot hole… and bam! The rim cracked and the tire exploded. We had a spare tire and for our surprise, our vehicle didn’t come equipped with the tools necessary to change it. Called
Audi’s Roadside assistance and they weren’t able to send us someone to help us. We called Orozcos Crane Towing services to help us out. They were understanding and supportive. Sent us help right away!!! Julio, the driver, arrived in less than an hour, he was nice and very helpful. Even tried to help us change the tire without luck either. But towed our car to our home. We can’t be more grateful with their service. Highly recommend them!
Broke down on highway. Called and they were there 30 minutes later. Great and prompt service. Friendly and professional. New equipment as well, not a scratch on truck after tow. 5 stars
Do not Use this unethical company unless you want to be robbed and taken advantage of, if we could give zero stars we would. My husband is an OTR trucker who unfortunate had an accident where he hydroplaned into a median near marker 47 coming into Laredo, TX last night during a rainstorm. He landed only 3 to 4 feet from highway pavement but was unable to drive back onto the median due to conditions of the soft ground. He called Orozco's and the dispatcher first quoted $900.00 and up. So, my husband decided to pass on them and continued to call around. Meanwhile, a local sheriff came onto the scene, and he called his dispatcher, and they reached a towing company and with his experience also explained what happened and what was needed on the scene as well. Three hours later, low and behold Orozco's Towing Service shows up on scene with 2 wreckers and they said they were told our truck was in a ditch. Which was not true, and the service only took 15 minutes long and the tow truck driver David Brother decided to take advantage us of by charging $1436.00. Even the sheriff said the price was too high and there was no need for 2 trucks, and he put into his system for their dispatcher's (sheriff's dept) not to use this terrible company anymore.

By the time they showed up to the scene it had stopped raining and the sheriff was still there to insured safety, my husband nor the sheriff reported that he was in a ditch. Your workers are liars. You have criminals working for you and it unfortunate you are going to allow them to do so. $1436 is obsessive and highway robbery, and how dare you take advantage of hardworking people.
Service came reasonably quick, driver pleasant. He disconnected drivetrain (automatic) and charged $95. After he dumped me off at dealer, he left unconnected, said dealer would reconnect. Sure did, for $152 more.
They said it would take 45 minutes and the guy got there in 20 minutes. Great service overall he even made sure the car was secure before he drove off. Definitely recommend
I called late the day prior for an estimate. The dispatcher was professional and friendly. He put me in touch with the crane specialist (I did not need a tow. I needed equipment lifted). I spoke to Marisol another dispatcher who was also friendly and professional. She put me in touch with Jesse who put the quote together. The pricing is competitive and fair. They are prompt.
NIce tow trucks, the price was fair. DISPATCHER WAS PROBABLY THE MOST FRIENDLY person I have ever dealt with in Laredo. From time of call into their dispatch to end of tow 28 minutes. THANKS AGAIN!
Very professional and actually listen to your situation. I had my truck and RV towed with no issues, tow driver even backed the RV into the driveway. Went above and beyond helping us out.
These guys are on the tow game very friendly staff as well as professional response time calling you to update you on ETAs if you ever break down do yourself a favor and call these people.
My Volvo broke down on me at a warehouse in Laredo. Ryder is who called the tow company to come out and tow it back to the shop. The driver's name was David. He showed up he was professional easy to work with. He told me he'd only been on the job for about four months. But he seemed like he knew what he was doing. If I'm ever in the unfortunate circumstance of being broke down again I will definitely recommend for Ryder to have Orozcos tow my truck back into the shop with this company.
