Waller County paint and body was a third party contractor used by my AAA service. I used them for towing services. I inquired how much I owed after they towed my vehicle, on day of service. I was told by the driver that I didn’t owe anything. I get a call from the driver 5 days later saying that I owed money. I was understanding to the fact that my AAA coverage didn’t cover the whole service and advised the driver that I was at work and would get it squared away by the end of the day. I gathered the amount and contacted information for who I needed to reach out to. Here’s when things went in the wrong direction. I got multiple phone calls from various numbers, multiple text messages and a voicemail with them stating that they are looking for my car and plan on repossessing it due to non payment. The level of harassment and unprofessionalism is not acceptable. To top it off when I call back to question them on their of mafia style tactics,and threats instead of being met with an apology they claim to be another company. To be clear this was never a problem and the day I was told about this responsibility was the same day this all occurred. The $120 was paid, but this was disgraceful.

Horrible experience ! Car has been in the body shop for 2 months !!! Whoever the owner is you need to fire Robert and everybody in this place ! If you’re the owner last 4 of the vin is 1200 2022 atlas cross-sport ! We continue to to get the run around and it sounds like they might have stolen parts of this car and not get it ready! If we do not hear back from you today or tomorrow I will be filing a better business bureau review and getting the city and state invlolved since you guys keep giving us the run around and like I said whoever this river guy is and the rest of your team they are horrible ! Once again I need an answer now

Allen was amazing used my AAA insurance for a tow, estimated 50-80 min wait time but he was there in less than 5. Great personality fast worker, what’s more to say 10/10 service.

They did an awesome job repairing my fender and grill. I got my vehicle back in record time , with no hassles. I’d recommend these guys to anyone

Christmas Eve and my daughter was going from College Station my house in Houston. The alternator on her truck went out and she was stranded on the 290-feeder road just east of Hwy 6. I drove to her and while waiting for insurance, to get a wrecker, a man (Kevin ?) in a service vehicle from Waller paint and body stopped to asked if we needed help. I told him I was waiting for insurance and he handed me a card and said call if we can do anything for you. The card turned out to very important as I heard the insurance tell my daughter to leave her vehicle, on the 290-highway feeder road with her dogs, and find a hotel room, THEN HUNG UP ON HER. Yes, they said that. Out of desperation I called the night number on the card and as it turned out it was Jimmy the owner, at home, on Christmas Eve, and I heard many family voices in the background. I told him my situation and he said I have a wrecker to you in a few minutes. J.J. arrived and towed the truck to Waller Paint and Body and the day after Christmas we were called, and it was ready for pick up. I have no idea what we would have done that night without their help. Great teamwork Waller paint and Body!!! Mark

Brought my truck here on 2 recommendations. I had an insurance claim and wanted some personal work done as well. I worked with Dalin to make it clear on what I wanted. I was told 2-3 weeks for the job to be completed we agreed on a price for the work to be done for the personal job. On the insurance claim part, they never finished the job and told the insurance company it was complete. This created a ton of issues. On the personal job I was billed the agreed price, but they never finished that either. Dalin said he ran out of time. They had the truck for 2 months, no updates and when we called for an update they lied to us and the insurance company multiple times. After 1 month of them having my truck we went out to see, nothing at all done. A lot of yelling and screaming in the office from Dalin, as well as lying. Was next to impossible to get hold of the owners and again a lot of attitude once we did. They said they’d finish the personal job, and that the insurance claim needed a lot more money from us. (Other party accepted 100% fault). Dalin had no clue what he was doing so I just fixed the rest of the claim myself. Took 10 minutes to replace back up sensors. Yes Dalin, if you’re reading this 2 sensors were not working that you said had issues with the steering column! Over all, Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with from the owners to Dalin. All we wanted is what we paid for and for my truck to be fixed right. They lie and tell stories to make themselves look good. They also could write a book on excuses on why they can’t deliver your vehicle back on time. We were called dishonest people because we had a rental car. Not sure why it was any of their business. Dalin will forget your appointment and say he never made the appointment. This happened multiple times even him telling us we would have to wait until he went for lunch. Also too, funny how none of the Google reviews are getting a response from any staff. Never again!

Driver of the roll back going west on 290 at 5pm on 12/2/2025 was reckless and dangerous. Tailgeted me going the speed limit for several miles. Swerving back and forth then almost hit a small white car. Extremely dangerous driving. If thats indicative of their customer service, I would say steer clear of them. Roll back was emblazened with the company logo.

I have used towing services of Waller Paint Body a couple of times this year. I received excellent service from Mr. Jimmy and his crew. Kindness, Understanding and excellent customer service is a thing of the past... not so with this Towing service!! Needless to say anytime I am in need of a tow.... they will be the ones I use!!

Amazing service. Very very helpful. Very professional. My spouse was stuck on a sand road that was tough for cars to make it down. Cecil was very patient with the GPS taking him to the wrong place and having me navigate him the old school way. They came from a AAA request. Will definitely do business with them in the future. 5-Star service!

All 4 of my tires ended up flat, I was very worried and “Marcus” was able to come pick it up and smoothly transport me and my vehicle to the tire shop. Very nice and helpful I have no complaints at all.

We hit a tow chain on highway 6 outside of town. Went to put the spare tire on and noticed there was not a lug wrench with the spare tire. They were able to get to us in a timely manner and went ahead and put the spare on for us! They recommended a local tire shop who was also phenomenal! JJ and the young man were outstanding!

My experience here was mediocre to poor. Our van was hit by the tornado in Cypress in May. Webb automotive recommended this place so we went with them. In hindsight, I should have shopped around. Insurance was covering everything though so I didn’t think much of it. Estimated timeline was 16 days, took this place over a month. I asked them to call me multiple times with updates and although they said they would, it never happened. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a call or two over the course of a month to just fill me in on what’s going on. There was thousands in damage with multiple things being fixed, so it might make sense to update customers on what’s being done and what’s causing delays, etc. Or if that’s not something you can do then don’t tell me that you will and then not do it, that’s disappointing. Only call I received was when it was ready to pick up. When I get there to pick it up, I’m not a car guy but I did a 30 second inspection and immediately noticed some work they said they would do wasn’t done. I couldn’t wait anymore and he said he’d order the part and call me to bring it back in. Also when I opened up the door to get in the inside paneling flipped off, he said it was a damaged clip. so he ran it back to fix it and a few minutes later came back. I opened the door again and it fell off again. He then said he’d order a new part and call me when that one was ready and I’d run it down to be fixed. That was about 3 weeks ago, and go figure, they haven’t called yet. First rule of anything, if you say you’re going to do something, then do it. I’m a pretty easy customer to please. They could have just said no we don’t do that and believe it or not that would be better than what they did. It was a brand new car so it’s running well and the other work that’s been done seems to be fine, but I’m pretty disappointed with everything else. Not really a review writing guy but something like this deserves to be pointed out. I wouldn’t use them again. As you can imagine several of my neighbors also had vehicle damage and when they asked me what I was doing I told them but said I wouldn’t use them again. They’ve all looked elsewhere.

I cannot say enough good things about Waller County Paint and Body! My husband and I had a flat 75 miles from home and these guys worked tirelessly on helping find us solutions to get a tire, tow truck and a place to stay. They called us back many times and offered lots of help that went above and beyond. Thank you for giving great service !!!

I found this place by accident when my daughters Jeep caught on fire and was towed to their location. They handled the situation with grace and were helpful. Once it was determined it could not be fixed and I didn't have that kind of insurance they gave me some time and options to handle the car. I will be taking my family vehicles to them for work now they have shown they are a company with integrity.

Thank you for excellent service and an extended cab! Jeremy met our family in Cypress and towed our vehicle back to the Alvin area. No one ever wants to be stranded on the side of the road. Jeremy at WCP&B, made the experience less stressful and now I know who to call if we’re in that part of town and need help.

I can not say enough good things about Jeremy who came and towed my car. I hit a deer and was stuck in the middle of nowhere. Jeremey called me multiple times to say he was on his way and the progress he was making getting to me. Jeremey drove me home and was an excellent driver. I felt very safe. He was also just a very nice man. It was a somewhat traumatic night for me but his pleasant manner and conversation made it better. Thank you for your kindness.

Our car broke down in Chappell Hill and the folks at Waller County Paint & Body were super helpful. The roadside support guy tried everything he could to get us back on the road. When it became clear that we needed a new part, he coordinated the tow, and they very kindly transported us (including my elderly mother-in-law) across the highway to a restaurant where we could wait for a friend to come get us. The cost to replace the part was quite reasonable, and everyone we dealt with was polite, friendly, and helpful.

WOW - I can't say enough good things about WCP&B. I was involved in a bad accident (hit and run). Their tow truck showed up very fast to pull me out of a ditch in the dark and rain, then drove me to a dry location where we waited for my son to pick me up. Their body shop wasted no time and got to work on extensive repairs to my vehicle (it was almost totalled). They had my car ready in 4 weeks - much quicker than I anticipated considering the amount of damage - and when I got it back it looked and drove like brand new. You would never know it was in an accident. They did a FANTASTIC job!! The staff was also friendly and called multiple times to give me status updates on repairs. In the unfortunate event you're involved in an accident, this is the place to get it fixed. Great work! I highly recommend!

One of the fastest towing experiences I’ve ever had!! The guy who towed our car was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also recommended us a tire shop to provide us with further assistance. I definitely have to give this company a 10/10!! Would definitely recommend to friends/family. THIS PLACE HAS HAD MY CAR FOR OVER 2 MONTHS! We were quoted 10 days. When we called them after 3 weeks we were told supply chain issues. Fine, but why did I have to call them to find out. Why didn’t they reach out? Over the last 2 months I have called and checked. TWICE I was told my car would be ready the next day and they would call to confirm pickup. TWICE when I called them to confirm (because no one can be bothered to call me) I was told it wasn’t ready yet. The last time we were told it’s still missing a part. How are they going to tell me it’s just getting detailed and will be ready by noon the following day. Then all of a sudden 2 days later it isn’t ready at all because it’s still missing a part? Do they even still have my car? Needs better customer communication. I shouldn’t be having to call for updates like this. They should be reaching out to me when there are issues and to give updates since we now in our 3rd month of waiting.

Fantastic company. Raul came out and did "the impossible" (per other tow companies) and made it look easy. I could not be more impressed. He arrived faster than quoted and was incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. He's my our #1 choice from now on. Thanks for saving the day!
