They were so kind when my windshield wiper broke while it was raining with two little kids in the car. They not only replaced them and put in the new ones, but they didn’t even make me get out of the car to pay. They saved the day for this Mama! I’m so thankful for their exceptional service!

Sebastian is not a great customer service representative for oriellys. We just came from there and he just gave use side eyes and stank looks when we asked we would be picking up a part. Like we were disturbing his standing. He did not want to be bother mind you I was already told this part was ready for pick up. I let him know David stated it was here and I came for it no movement was done on his part had to come up here twice just to get a part. I had a very disappointing experience at this O’Reilly location due to the behavior of one of the employees, Terry. He made inappropriate and disrespectful comments toward another customer simply because the customer could not speak English fluently. This type of behavior is unacceptable in today’s society. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect, regardless of their language or background. Customer service should be inclusive and professional, and this experience fell far below those standards. I hope management addresses this situation seriously and provides proper training to ensure this does not happen again.

This place needs a self checkout for people who already know what they want to buy. It's a waste of time. Also hire someone just to answer phones, there is no point to talk on the phone while people are waiting in line. Typing this as I wait in a line of 10 people

During my visit, I was assisted by an employee named Kevin (or at least that’s the name on the receipt). He was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire interaction. His professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier, and I left the store feeling truly grateful for the assistance I received. Great customer service is rare these days, and Kevin went above and beyond to help me out. I hope you’ll pass along my appreciation to him and recognize the great work he’s doing. Went to go pick up a part for my husband and there was only one guy Sebastian working. I asked him if he was working alone and he stated the other guy was in the bathroom. I was waiting in line for 20 minutes before the other guy came out of the bathroom, no telling how long he was in there before I got there. When the other guy finally emerged out of the restroom he just stood around while Sebastian took care of the long line. I don't know what is wrong with that guy but I don't believe he needs his job. Hard to find good help these days. Pretty sad.

My husband was there to pick up a prepaid item when Terry took it upon himself to have no sense of urgency to get his item. He proceeded to wait on other customers at other registers on the way getting his part. He waited (he’s handicapped and can’t stand long). When my husband asked another employee why it was taking so long. Terry came back and called my husband rude and said that he would never make it in the Marines. This is totally the worst in customer sales/support. We will not be back.

I had a great experience at this location. The employee, I think his name is Alfonso was super helpful from the time I walked in the store to change my car batteries. He wouldn’t even accept a tip from me. Told me what gives him joy is helping his customers and leaving them satisfied. Thank you so much Alfonso. Your type is rare.

I visited this O’Reilly location expecting the same customer service I’ve always received at other stores, but unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When I arrived, there were two employees, and I approached the one behind the register. He was counting money, so I politely greeted him with a “Good morning” and said I’d like to make a purchase and an exchange. I later learned that this employee was Alfonzo, the store manager. Instead of simply explaining that the register was closed and directing me to the other employee for assistance, he rudely told me, “Don’t you see me counting money?” and refused to help. His tone and attitude were unprofessional and unnecessary. I had no way of knowing that the register was closed, as both employees were standing near the same counter when I walked in. A simple “I’m counting money right now, but the other register can help you” would’ve sufficed. The situation escalated when I expressed that his response was inappropriate, and Alfonzo began questioning whether I had ever worked in customer service. I tried to de-escalate by suggesting that if he was having a bad morning, it wasn’t right to take it out on customers. Despite this, he continued to argue. Thankfully, the other employee stepped in, assisted me without issue, and even apologized for Alfonzo’s behavior. I asked for the store’s number, and the manager gave it to me with a snarky remark, saying, “Go ahead and write whatever you want…” This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve had at any O’Reilly store, and I won’t be returning to this location unfortunately as I’ve been a loyal customer for years.

You are better off going to amazon or ebay to get brand name parts for not much more money. Just a place to go if you need a part in a hurry and can't wait for shipping.

Would have been great if my part on my battery didn’t get broken when someone was tightening it. Cost more money to order the part to connect the cable . Until I received it I had to use channel locks to hold it in place.
