My friends and I got hopelessly stuck in the mud in the middle of the night. We had tried all the typical tricks to get out, but had no luck. Gave Huntsville Discount Wrecker a call and within a few minutes had a truck headed our direction. They told us their ETA would be about 30-45 minutes, and they delivered on that promise. I believe the man who came out was named John, and he could not have been more helpful. While he was incredibly professional, he was also a delight to talk with. Within 10 minutes of his arrival, my car was no longer stuck. John treated my car with respect and care. He also treated me and my friends with respect and care. I sincerely hope I never have to utilize their services again (who wants to get their car stuck in the mud?), but there's no question in my mind that if I needed help with my car getting stuck, I would immediately be calling HDW. So from the bottom of my heart and the hearts of my friends, thank you so much. Honestly, if I could give them more stars, I would.
Wrongfully towed. With sticky note that fell on floor. Told my daughter to leave keys in truck because brake system failure. Going to take it to mechanic now and all they claimed was communication.. Money hungry. Now im limping it back to a mechanic. Thanks for the unwanted services

How amazing and great worker does Huntsville Discount Wrecker have. Braulio was amazing and helped my mother. He arrived quickly and was very kind making her feel safe. He spoke Spanish and made it even better for her as she does not speak much English. He got to her with no issues and was able to change her tire after a blowout. I didn't get my drivers name, but he was super helpful! Had to leave my car in a parking lot after some water damage in the engine bay and my driver was kind enough to drive to my apartment so I wouldn't have to walk to meet him there. Very nice people here, and the prices are definitely the best in the area, called 6 places before them and the quote from Huntsville discount Wrecker was 3/4 the price quoted from other places. Highly recommended!
Braulio was fast, efficient, and friendly. I broke down in Brenham which as a single mom was super stressful. Braulio made it there quickly got my car, my daughter, and myself back to Huntsville quickly. He definitely made an extremely stressful situation just a little less stressful. We needed a tow truck to tow our vehicle from Huntsville to Houston around 12 am on a Sunday/Monday.
After calling a lot of tow companies and dealing with unpleasant experiences, we FINALLY found Huntsville Wrecker and spoke with Braulio who had no issues with assisting us!
I didn't get the driver's name, but he arrived quickly and took me and my son home because we had groceries when our vehicle stalled. My son has autism, so he screamed with tantrum the whole time and the driver was patient and understanding, I loved it. He towed our vehicle to the shop. Thank you very much for your help. I highly recommend them. If I ever hit the lottery, they would definitely be on my list of people to help.
Went up for weekend trip to Lake Livingston and started to have rear end issues with my truck. My extended warranty company put me it touch with Huntsville Discount Wrecker and scheduled a pick up the next day to bring my truck back to Houston. Would honestly give more than 5 stars if I could. Absolutely saved us after accidently locking my keys in the car at Huntsville State Park. Was there in 20 minutes and had us on our way in 5. Let alone the price of it all, absolutely worth it!
When my car wouldn't start I needed to be towed to a mechanic. Although they were busy and had been working through the night, they made time for me and were able to give me a tow at a very reasonable rate. They were also nice enough to talk me through what might be going on with my car over the phone. My truck just quit running on I-45 just south of Buffalo on an early Friday evening. I had my horse trailer and horses with me creating a larger problem. My roadside assistance (USRider) was unable to find any wrecker service available to respond - inconceivable to me when they refused service. We finally reached out further, but toward home, where Huntsville Discount Wrecker responded quickly, gladly, and professionally. My trailer had to be picked up by friends so I never actually met my service tech but John was in constant contact advising me when it was picked up, in route, and once dropped off at the dealership. I hope to never need wrecker service again but I know who to call with confidence!! Thank you for that assurance!!
I’m from out of town and I got myself in a predicament on New Year’s Day. Called after Chevy roadside assistance was no help, he came right out to help me and my daughter. We were in the middle of nowhere he is extremely fair and honest. One of the nicest men you could ask for to come rescue you, DEFINITELY will recommend to anyone in the area.

These people are what wrong with Huntsville. They lie. They steal. They should have their business license revoked. I reported them to the Attorney General for deceptive business practices. I'm not a disgruntled customer. Just a concerned citizen of Huntsville. ZERO INTEGRITY!!!
Pete the driver went over the top to help my daughter who had a flat tire at 2:30am. She was scared and crying because 2 creepy men under the influence of something kept approaching her. Pete called the police to accompanied her until he could get there. He changed her tire in no time . Thank you Pete. I would totally recommend this towing company.
I got stuck in mud and they were the cheapest and the fastest. They had a super friendly guy out to winch me out in 20 minutes and I was on my way 5 minutes after he got there. Awesome service! Would recommend.
Bryan and his assistants were extremely helpful to me. They guided me through everything i would need to get my car released which was a difficult situation since i couldnt find my title anywhere! They would often leave the shop but would show up anytime i needed them when i called. Very easy going and easy to talk to.
