Truly one of the best places to go for a part of my vehicle that no other shop had in stock. Even when they were busy, they still got to me at a reasonable time and everyone was helpful! Would 100% recommend to people who need help getting a part for their vehicle as they have a large selection of vehicles and are very knowledgeable about any issue you may have!
Went to Huntsville Auto & Truck Salvage yard in surch of a transmission. After finding a transmission and installing it was discovered the transmission was inoperable, I called the salvage yard & spoke with Jesse to address the issue. Jesse acknowledged my issue with no questions asked and gave me options to assure I get a transmission for my truck in a timely manner. I'll definitely will be going back to this business for seeking automotive parts. They show an outstanding professionalism and dedication to their customers.
Jessie helped me out getting an alternator and a starter for a great price, he was real nice and very respectful. Would, and have, recommended this establishment to many people. I recommend you come here as well! Ask for Jessie, he will take care of you!

The yard was surprisingly organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. They even helped load the part into my truck. Definitely my go-to place for used auto parts from now on. The people here are amazing. We came in to get 2 parts for 2 different cars, they thankfully had both of what we needed. They gave it to us for great prices and even made 100% sure the parts were gonna fit. The guy at the front was super nice and gave us amazing service.
Called for door panels and a window switch. They have good prices. Came in place clean friendly staff. The part where how describe and they even let my dog in it was to hot outside. Do recommend this place. Thank you guys
Nice setup and friendly associates. Have pretty much anything you need only the wait time. Was there for almost 2.5hrs waiting for a wheel hub but I understand takes time to get the part off the other vehicle too. Highly recommend this salvage yard from others I been too.
I heard about Huntsville Auto and Truck Salvage from a friend that delivers parts to them from different dealerships here in Houston. So when my mechanic said that I needed a new engine I decided to give them a try. On May 6th, I purchased an engine and text them the delivery info. No one has called or texted back about a receipt for my purchase. Now here's where things start to go left. The next day I called several times to find out the status of my purchase and why I hadn't received an receipt. Finally I got hold of someone who actually text me a receipt and informed me that the engine would be shipped out once they test it. Ok...so far everything seemed to be going as planned (so I thought). Once my mechanic received the engine, put it in and got everything connected...they heard the timing chain knocking, (the timing chain was no good). My mechanic tried talking with them to explain what was going on but called me back in frustration saying that they don't want to answer their phone and they come across as scammers. On top of that, the mileage on the engine was 2× more than what was quoted over the phone. He informed me to contact Huntsville Auto and Truck Salvage immediately and let them know because there's a 30 day warranty. He informed that the part #, the start #, and the yellow "X" (which he felt meant damaged and they knew this upon shipping) was still on the engine incase they asked. Well here's where the real runaround begins. I called and was connected, put on hold, call dropped, & hung up on for a day or 2 until one guy finally decided to connect me to the "Boss Man". Ok, so now I'm finally getting somewhere (so I thought). So now I'm talking to the "Boss Man" Jessie and discussing the issue with the engine. We talk and he told me to call back on Monday (Memorial day) after he talked to his mechanic. So that's what I did. At this point the runaround is not only frustrating but unprofessional. Here it is May 28th and the "Boss Man" still hasn't returned not 1 call, a text, or even sent out a courier pigeon about the engine's issue. I myself am annoyed and frustrated that I had to keep calling this place when the "Boss Man" him self told me to call him back. But for the life of me I couldn't get a instant reply back the way my money instantly hit their Zelle account. So it's feeling like they're giving me the runaround #1. to avoid correcting the issue and #2. run time out on the engine's warranty. If my mechanic removes the engine I have to pay double labor for him to put in another. But I'm not here for the fake apologies that Huntsville Auto and Truck Salvage gives others here on Google. I'm here to give a heads up to those who are looking for a serious auto salvage place. Because of my experience I would NOT advise buying engines from these guys at all and definitely do NOT purchase anything over the phone without seeing if the part actually works or it is what they say it is. Hopefully my experience with Huntsville Auto and Truck Salvage, can help you avoid this happening to you.

As I was saying about being unprofessional. Huntsville Auto and Truck Salvage came to the reviews to reply but still hasn't called me formally about the repair option selected on that "Memorial day" call Jesse refused to take. Jesse has my #, I do not have time for the phone call round arounds.

Great service. I was in need of a simple bolt for a steering wheel airbag for my truck. However, the local dealership did not have it in stock and was going to have to special order it, which was extra shipping costs and time. The guys at the Huntsville Auto & Truck Salvage had exactly what I needed in their yard and helped me get the bolt I needed. Appreciate it.

I've ordered several engines from here and each time I take the valve covers off to inspect what the top side looks like. Never had any issues with sludge build up and the people are very respectful.
