Been there 2x and the guy there claiming to be manager and owner is very rude. No customer skills at all. Id give them a negative if i could.

As a regular customer I can say these are some of the best guys to go to. They know what they're doing and will always help you get what you need.

Walked in at 3 minutes to closing time, and they wouldn't ring me up. Be careful folks, they apparently don't like business! P.s. owner of eagle auto parts, y'all should be more customer oriented. You lost 2 customers yesterday, but being this unprofessional doesn't look good. Heads up for next time, even if it means being open for 5 more minutes.

Two gentlemen sitting on stools and i stood in front of them for five minutes and neither one of them said one word to me. Customer service is not important at this location. I would highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere as they do not care.

Needed spark plug wires. GrandSaline store was sold out but the cashier was nice enough to locate a set for me and have the other store hold them.
