Average or below on inventory, and prices are higher than surrounding parts stores, and when calling promptly put on hold for several minutes at a time.
Had to purchase new battery cables for my class 8 truck and they were the only place that had the 2/0 cable. They made what I needed and I was going again that day.
Called 30 minutes before closing to let them know I’m headed their way for a simple hose, got there 2 minutes late, they were hiding in the back for 10 minutes and wouldn’t answer the phone then walked right by without a word. Way NOT to go above and beyond. It does reflect on all locations.
parts plus/ eagle auto in wills point is great. they can cross reference most factory parts numbers, especially for belts and filters, even for my kubota tractors and my caterpillar track loader. the employees are extra nice and helpful.
Very knowledgeable and helpful. Gave me assistance with my battery problems and helped me determine my need for an alternator. I found them to be kind.
Good service for sure. I Busted a couple of belts and called these guys. They Had exactly what I needed and delivered the belts to Canton truck and trailer (Next-door to Dukes travel center)and were very nice and fast. Only thing is they cannot take credit cards over the phone so if you want them to deliver you have to pay with cash.
I'm very happy with the service. I opened a new business and set up an account. They processed my information, and got my account going in a few days. O'Rilys I sent in my info 3 weeks ago and still have not been put in the system. This store is going to be my first call for parts.
Well I had questions cause I was started a man's project why I say a mans job more less is it's dealing with sneeky n nasty oil, gas, and etc. I gave my riding lawn mower alittle TLC like a tune-up, my hubby works all the time and I wasn't aware that ur suppose to do and treat ur car and ur grass getter the same well I learn something everyday LMBO
Well it got done. And auto parts guy was the a very nice and helpful staff member, and I appreciate it.
I use this store quite a bit for several different things. Never had an issue with anything and always received excellent service from these guys and gals.
