Call do about an engine computer that was showing on car parts there was a price on it of $50 when I called they said that it was $125 for the same part man if you call that that's a bait and switch that's a shame because I buy a lot of stuff from junk yards

Bobby helped me over the phone to order a item in stock, i wanted to purchase and have shipped. Agreed to a price, i sent over the payment then hours later tells me he can no longer proceed with the transaction because of "shady situation" everything he asked me to send over i did then proceeded to call me shady due to my address being in stafford, Tx? Horrible business and lost a returning customer.
Went there to get parts for my 2014 chevy silverado they had what I needed even the ac compressor and it worked after I got pag oil 46 in the compressor and seal then installed It and charged it up and got a brake pedal I needed to I'm going back for other parts if I need um later
Just really great people to do business with. In an area where there are a lot of dodgy reputations, you can trust these guys to shoot straight and stand by their word.
Called to find a part and was told they probably had it, but didn't have anyone to go out to check becouse some people were on vacation. Very poor customer service. At least take my name and number and act laike your trying.
Good prices, good service. Got a GMC rear end for half the price everywhere else quoted. Plus 90 day warranty and inspected it as well. None of the 5 other salvage yards offered that and they charged 400. It was worth the hour n 15 minute drive from Plano. 5 stars!
I called to ask if they had an auto part I am looking for. Some old guy answered and was being really rude. I don’t know much about cars and he was asking me the gear ratio which I had no idea about. He got frustrated and got a attitude because I didn’t know the gear ratio on the car. If you don’t have the patience to explain something to a customer then don’t work there old man.
Horrible service. Bought a part and brought it back 2 days later to exchange for another part and they would take the original part back because they said it wasn't theirs. They said their number would have been wrote on it but it never had a number wrote on it. Don't shop here. Place is a full of crooks.
Got a used 4.6l motor from them. Motor seems in decent shape and so far. One star off for stuff being busted up on motor and missing a dowl. Otherwise seems ok.
I was not able to buy an engine that I inquired about because I waited too long to purchase it. However, these guys were very friendly, honest, and willing to help any way they could. Good Attitudes and Fair Prices!
Went in for a third brake light, expected to get a used one ay reasonable price. Walked out not only with what I needed (new, not used) but even found a part for another vehicle at a great price. They get 5
I bought 46re transmission my 4x4 get ready put it in and bell housing broke off Took back up thier said my fault broke wood no replace it some guy works thier send me to one his buddy who welds back up 100 bucks just payed payed 680 for dam think than 4 moths transmission did even last six months they said It was rebuilt my ass lost 800 dollars because of this place never go back here again or even call them worse place get parts don’t waste money or time
Really good place to get a decent price on used parts. Staff is helpful considerate and willing to deal to help you get a better price and product for your time and money.
the guy I worked with at the counter was very knowledgeable very friendly and very reasonable in price. When I got there the part was waiting the guy in the back was very helpful with a forklift to help me load. I will use these people in the future for sure.
Bought a bumper they said for sure would fit my truck. Got hm, would not fit my model, came right back to get right one which they did not have....they told me no refund, only exchange. Lol, I needed nothing but that bumper they said would fit an hour ago. Very rude woman owners wife...will NEVER go back. Out right stole my money!
I have had nothing but great experience from this yard! they were even willing to bring the part to me for a 25$ or so delivery fee, even though I live 2 hours away! I don't know what happened with him ^ but I love these guys!
Ordered parts only to find out that they dont feel like shipping it. Very unreliable, bad business do not trust these guys. Zero customer service. Dont waist time. AVOID.
