I recently was visiting my daughter in Dallas and had an accident right near Tyler. The people at Fuller were great. They offered great advice and made a very stressful situation alot less stressful. So much so , I bought them lunch.

BEWARE!!! They will quote a price, then skyrocket the rate when they do the work, and lie about their initial quote! Then, they will threaten to impound your property when you don't pay their inflated rates!! Horrible people!!!!
Fullers quoted us on towing a sprinter van for a customer of ours, once the job was done, they invoiced us for a few hundred dollars more and when we brought it up to them, they told us they never quoted that amount and called us liars. After they finally admitted to charging us higher than the quoted rate, they threatened to impound the vehicle if the higher amount wasn't paid. They were rude, aggressive, and not communicative about the increase in cost. I would not recommend using this tow service.

I had car trouble over an hour and a half from home late on a Sunday afternoon and needed a tow back to my local service station. What could have been a stressful, frustrating situation turned into a surprisingly smooth experience thanks to Chris from Fuller's Towing.
Chris was quick to respond, incredibly professional, and genuinely kind. He even offered to let me grab something to eat before the long drive back—something I truly appreciated in the moment. He got my car safely where it needed to go and helped turn an unpleasant situation into a much more bearable one.

Our new friends at Fuller's were efficient, professional, safety conscious, friendly, and compassionate. Amber took my call and connected me with a driver immediately. Chris showed up within minutes. When we realized that my daughter with special needs would not be able to ascend the steps into the tow truck he called a colleague and made arrangements for him to assist. Chris was thoughtful when he purchased some crackers for my child while we waited for Troy to arrive. Troy responded rapidly and insisted on extra security measures to ensure that my truck was safely transported without wind damage to the topper or the fuel cap door and , that being accomplished, he carried us safely to our destination. The whole process was streamlined with great attention to detail by the friendliest, most confident crew around. 10/10 recommend.
We had an issue with our church bus this evening on the side of I-20 in the middle of a big construction zone! They were prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chris came to our rescue and made the entire situation better. We had to have a cargo trailer towed, as it lost a tire and it wasn’t going to be found. Having called 2 other towing companies on this app, would be way more $$$ and wait time would be 1-2 hours. But thankfully the first suggest someone. Who then they again like the first suggested someone and that was Fullers Towing in Canton. Chris came under 35 mins, was professional and very kind, helping us off I20, and towed to a location we were familiar with.

I was driving down 20 minding my own business when a tow truck comes flying up on me woth red and blues flashing and a siren going. I thought it was the police for a second and then realized it was one of your trucks. Shame on you for having an employee think it is OK to drive that way and for over stepping his rights to those lights and siren. SMH
CHRIS was so kind. Ya'll - I am serious. We broke down on 64 and this man was so kind and so compassionate and FUNNY and kept our spirits light when it was really hard to. An incredible person. Please give him a raise. We had a baby, my wife is pregnant. I hope this man and his family receive EVERY blessing under the Sun.
Driver TJ was a great guy.He did a good job with my equipment. Was very carefully with everything he did. Ferry professional. Was very happy with his work. All around great guy.
Stranded on I 20. Needed my truck towed to Transmission shop in Canton.
Shop got in contact with Fullers.
Wesley showed up within 15 mins.
He was professional and courteous. We dropped my truck off at shop.
Since I lived locally (Canton), Wesley offered to take me to my house.
He went above and beyond.
Hopefully I wont need a tow again but if I do, I'll call Fullers.
I was upset at first because my car got towed, but today I had to wait for another tow service who was supposed to pick up my car at the Terrell location. I should have got his name, but the nicest driver took the time to help me in a frustrating situation. I had waited for nearly four hours for the other tow company who never showed. This driver (name unknown) even helped me find a tire company and called about the availability of a new/used tire for my car then he even followed me to there location to ensure I made it there safely since I was driving on a flat! People just don’t go out of their way to do random acts of kindness like this anymore. I really want him to know how much he was appreciated! I truly wish I could have done more to thank him!
Amazingly fast, competent & equipped service with compassion. I couldn’t have made it my next shift at the children’s hospital if they hadn’t come thru with the right technique & tools to avoid days repairing my hub but they got me back on the road in less than 30 minutes from the first words said
Excellent service and Joey was so great from pickup to drop off. My car broke down in Canton and we had to drive to Greenville. He was so polite and made the trip so carefully. He impressed everyone at the Ford dealership with his skills. Highly recommend!!

I have such great conversations every time I go (2 times in 7 days, don't ask...) and both times each driver AND EVEN THE OWNER were such good company. fastest and friendliest Towing company I never expected. my wife's car got stopped (Alternator) on Hwy20 in Canton we needed to tow all the way to McKinney since we reside here, the tow driver who was signed with us named Joey Rowe who is 110% professional, polite, helped us with care through out the destination. Joey and his wife recently has baby he said~ wishing you guys the best and happiest days with your new born baby through out your future~
Our rv broke down in Dallas today. I called Fuller’s towing because we used them in March 2022 and they where so nice to us and did a great job.Tracy remembered talking to me last year. He sent David & his son to tow us today. They where so nice and once again did a great job. If you ever need a tow give them a call.
We, first, called for confirmation that our vehicle was there, then got directions on where to find them. Directions were easy to follow. The yard is well organized with all the tow trucks in order, parked in their designated spots. It was initially confusing where we, as "customers," are supposed to go upon arrival, but we quickly figured it out. Upon entering, we were immediately addressed and accommodated. We were led back to where our truck was. The Fuller driver guided us to the truck's location so we could recover our personal items. He was patient and kind. We collected our effects and we're on our way. The whole process was easy and quick.
Excellent service. Was in a roll over on 1504 and the driver picked up things that nobody else would and returned them to my truck. Most importantly, my Bible off the side of the road. And then stood there today with patients as we collected our belongings out of the truck. Great towing and recovery company. Great driver, wish I could’ve caught his name.
Highly recommend! I got in my first wreck, my car was totaled but no injuries, and I had no idea what to do. Tim was SO helpful! He sat on the side of the road with us in freezing temps until the guy that hit me got ahold of his insurance, he then got ahold of DPS to come out to make a report and drove me back to canton to meet my husband. He made the whole experience less stressful. Thank you Tim and Fullers !

My truck broke down on the way home from work on a Friday at 5PM. One call to Fuller’s and someone arrived in just a few minutes. Turns out I didn’t even need a tow. They fixed my truck right there on the spot. After a temporary repair, I was back on the road driving home to my family and still made it in time for dinner. I’d recommend Fuller’s to all East Texans.
