We highly recommend this company. We blew a radiator on the way through the area and called to get a tow into Van at 8:30 p.m. The driver, Rob, was there quicker than he said he would be, which was great since our family was stranded at a sketchy truck stop. He was very kind, efficient and professional!

I've been waiting on them for over 3 hours and they won't answer the phone and the roadside assistance has been payed for the services already and they excepted the job!!! I think it's far to say it's very bad business and very unprofessional!!!

Re review… called today to get an estimate on a tow that was the exact same locations they quoted me $300 extra the car is drivable this time (last time it was not & I had to help him with getting the car on the flat bed) and it is from and to the exact same places as the previous tow. Evidently they got a big head from good reviews and jacked their prices up.
Our tire blew out he quoted us over an hour only to show up in less than 1 hour.
Not only did he come to our rescue at a timely manner but he had super customer service and was very reasonably priced.
Rob was so professional and sweet.. My husband and I had traveled to Dallas for an event and on our way back to Mississippi our car broke down on us, Rob not only towed the vehicle, he also towed us lol.. saved us a lot of money instead of Ubering a ride, he put us in the truck with him.. i just wanna thank you him publicly for how he treated us in a desperate time of need.. I called Geico twice, in the span of two hours to have them send a tow truck. No luck. I called East Texas Discount Towing, they had me home in less than 30 minutes. The customer service was exceptional. I hope not to break down again, but if I do, I'm calling them!!!
My Cadillac messed up and I had our 2 toddlers and my disabled mom w me, so I was most certainly frazzled. So I had to call roadside assistance, and Rob showed up and he was so courteous and knowledgeable abt what was wrong w my Cadillac, due to having seen this same problem happen w others. He was very professional and I would most certainly recommend this company to others.

Truck went out on me and my dogs yesterday on I20 near Tyler, TX headed to Georgia. Called this morning and got a great quote to take my truck back to Grand Prairie. Couldnt beat the price with other options and from within calling to my truck waiting for me back home was maybe 3hrs altogether. Great service and fast.
East Texas Discount towing is the best experience I have ever had with a towing service. Fast, friendly and reliable. He said he would be there in 20 minutes but it was more like 15. Cost efficient when compared to others. I had to ride with driver to Butlers in Tyler and the inside of truck was very clean and well maintained. I asked many questions and he was very polite to answer. To my understanding they have been around for 20 years and still going strong. Highly recommended! I would use him again. The guy at Butlers Alignment and Break was happy to hear that this guy is supportive of the business. Made my day better in a bad situation.

Very nice guy with tons of integrity. You can tell he cares and will be there if you need help. I called early morning. He gave me an idea of when could come get my car, and pointed me to a good mechanic. He was able to get it done in good time. Before I knew it he called saying that he had dropped my car off at the mechanic shop. He exceeded my expectations. Very respectable. I definitely recommend this business.
I can not praise this company enough! I was able to call and get a rate super fast and easy and schedule when I needed my boat picked up they gave me such a wonderful price to tow my boat for kind of a long distance! They handled the antique boat with the upmost care and transported it safely with zero issues! I would ABSOLUTELY use them again and recommend them to anyone they truly are amazing!

This guy is AwESOME. His rates are unbelievably low. He towed my 08 silverado almost 40 miles for a very low price, and then when I had a bad experience at the shop I chose to take my truck...( heads up: don't use Whitehorse Tuning; he treats customers like garbage)...I called him back and even though he was 30 minutes away, he still took me and my truck home for the same rate. He even helped me diagnose my problem why I was leaking coolant...I have two left heads, therefore two holes for temp sensor's unique threads.
Definitely use this tow service. Three days ago, after being stranded on 16hwy my husband called two other tow services who never showed up, and then called East Texas...he was there quickly and had the old Deville home in no time. FOR 0 DOLLARS. Not lying.! And on top of all that, he's got a great personality!

Called yesterday for last minute RV transport 40 miles one way. Guy who answer the phone said he'd contact his driver gave me a quote that was very reasonable driver immediately called me back from transport service that they use showed up on time same day help me hook it up courteous delivered it perfect help me unhook it straightened it up the whole bit. He was a huge help! I was left in a really bad situation and found that my ex had left my car in pieces on the side of the interstate and he came in 30 minutes and even though it was extra work due to the front end being completely on the ground, he still helped me out and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.
