Hours don’t match what said on google vs what they have posted. Said they are open in signs but the lady working said they weren’t. Not able to stay later to finish work. Will make you wait a whole week to get your vehicle.
Last 2 weekends this place has been closed on Saturday's, with no notification of their closure on Facebook or their website, and no notification on the gate to the shop.
Went on a Wednesday morning to get a sensor replaced and installed. The service went by fast (about 15 mins), and was a smooth process. I was the only one getting my vehicle serviced at that time, so no issat all. The mechanic was nice and his customer service skills was friendly and willing to help out as much as he can. They had plenty of bays open if you wanted to work on your own vehicle yourself, or you could of let the mechanic on duty help you out with a shop fee for the service.
Awesome hobby shop. Have had a good amount of work done for extremely reasonable labor rates. Really handy to be able to buy a part online and have someone on base install it while you are at work.
Have not used yet because of the following reasons.
The facility looks promising, but is NEVER open when people can go there not on duty. They have zero weekend hours and close before most people get off work the few days they are open. Work done there reportedly is decent, but can take extra time owing to limited staff.
A great place to work on your car, or have someone else do it. Having lifts (both four-point AND drive-on) you can use on base is very convenient and saves a lot of money. Also the people that work there, like Noah, are very helpful and friendly.
