Rude, 0/10. Called to ask for an estimate and as I am not familiar with the area I gave an exact address to which he said "Ma'am I am not a GPS, give me a general area". Sir, there is NOTHING out there hence why I said it's in the outskirts of Gilmer. Immediately looking elsewhere because if you can't even be polite answering the phone and giving am estimate, how can you be trusted with an expensive vehicle?
I recommend Overstreet Wrecker Services. The person who answered the call was professional, friendly, and helpful. Johnny showed up earlier than expected and was also friendly, helpful, and professional. When you need help, these guy is reliable and can be counted on. Very good experience today with these people. The guy that came and got my jeep knew what he was doing! reasonably priced too. We will definitely use them in the future.
Excellent service paid to load, unload, and tow my Z71 in park gear.7-9miles .Charged 100$. Can't beat that these days. If y ou can it's only because you own your own equipment. Good ol country service and hospitality. Glad I called em. Thanks guys! You'll get another call from me smh

My son had a tire blow him off the I30 and into the inside part. We knew we would be unable to grab it and called Overstreet Wrecker Services. They were quick, efficient, and awesome. Highly recommend. He was even patient enough for all the questions my youngest had too!
I'm not from this area, but I found myself in a pickel and needed a recovery tow for my pickup. I called and a driver named Devin came to our rescue. He arrived in like 15 minutes, assessed my situation and in 5 minutes my truck was back on the road, literally. Very professional experience in my opinion as the phone call for help and the service were both pleasant experiences. Very fair prices too. Thanks for the help!
We called them for service they said we don’t have any availability for today by rude way for sure But after 10 minutes cop came to us ask me to leave and I told him what this wrecker company said . Then the cop call them and came right away to tow my truck 30 miles to the shop The surprise here charge me $1300 for 30 miles only Some business owners in this country they don’t deserve this country air even they are super rude ugly and exploitative
Omg they made the ordeal of dead car having to be taken to dealer to be fixed so much easier.the driver got it out from between to cars with a flat tire in narrow driveway of apartment with no problems at all.driver was awesome talked and explained the whole process.thank you we will use only you for now on.
Mr.Overstreet has always offered exceptional service. Well mannered and respectful. It is the only wrecker service I have ever used. He also many other services. Very long established company, with many satisfied customers. Highly recommended.

Will did an outstanding job pulling a 79 Vette with 4 flats out of a garage. Then loaded to my car hauler. Absolutely no damage. This guy takes pride in his work. PERFECT OUTCOME.
Knocked on every door I could find and was not greeted. Decided to go through the OPEN gate without any signs stating to "keep out" , or "employees only". Drive a short way back and after finding no service yet again, turned arond to head out, just to find the gate closed and locked. When the "customer" service woman finally meandered her way to the gate to let us out, she was rude and proceeded to be unreasonably unprofessional in her interaction. Will never return and do not recommend this place of business.
Staff is super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond for me when my car was stolen. I can't express how greatful I am for all of their help!!!
