Website was very accurate on inventory. Process was pretty easy to get in and locate cars. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Would have been 5 stars but "warranty" charge was added without asking me for parts that OBVIOUSLY would not need a warranty. This accounted for 10% of total cost of parts, disappointing.
They were quick to make an offer to buy my junk car and schedule a time for the following day to pick it up. They no-showed with no communication. Won’t respond to my text, calls, emails. Very inconsiderate.
Rain helped me when I was low on funds and told me about the sales and upcoming text programs also explained core charges perfectly will be back for sure

One of the best junkyards to visit in del Valle area as it has one of the largest selections and specials on used auto parts to get you rolling rain helps me out every time I come here

This is my first time here. I was kind of nervous, but the people here are so professional so helpful so convenient. The answered all my questions professionally. They got a great listing of inventoring for all types of vehicles. Trucks cars and SUV's motorcycle as R VS trailers. Do you name it? They haven't hereplace highly recommended. Tell me a joke. Terrible service, employees dont seem to be aware or know whats going on, Specially at the Primos location the hispanic girl in the front with face tattoos is very rude and has no idea what it is to provide effective and polite customer service, Most cars/trucks seem to have been mostly parted out and barely any selection of vehicles. Dissapointed and will not be returning nor suggest anyone to visit any of these two locations it was my first time coming and the girl expected me to know how the check in process works.
A Ramirez went above and beyond for us! Actually the whole staff was very helpful and nice! The best customer service than any other junk yard I been too! The people at the front were extra nice and kept us company while Ramirez went back to look for a battery not once, not twice, but 3 times in a whole other area! We had a weird battery so it was confusing. Thanks so much! They even looked up to see what type of battery I needed. Great, 100% recommend!
Picked up a Jeep grill here and the young guy behind the counter got a little spicy on the price but the manager came over and reviewed the situation and was very helpful and fair on the final price. I’d absolutely come back. Thanks.

Got in quickly, easy to read pricing on the map provided for cars, staff is engaged and friendly, especially for a junk yard! You can get in until 5:29pm and that’s it. 5:30 and you are too late.
