Everting good good service just on the parking situation it is not good they had but a stick in the window of our truck that’s it to not park there, but there is no sign where we park that says no no parking and it doesn’t say specify where to park there is a lot of cars park also where we are so we didn’t know that we couldn’t park here( there is no signs) . They should put a sign where the parking spot is so everyone knows now with the sticker that it doesn’t come out of the window and we just got it tint , I guess the right parking spot or the ones in the picture, but it does say not to park there and they have three signs of it so at this point, I don’t know where we should park .
Called in the morning to check if a vehicle was still there and available, was told it was. Came to the location that afternoon and the vehicle had been crushed, no one at the front knew about it happening until I asked them in person after searching through the whole lot for it and they had to go ask the manager I assume if it had been moved or not. Extremely unprofessional. If someone calls about a specific vehicle and there is only one on the lot the least you could do is make sure it stays for that one day. Or some communication between the lot and the front that that vehicle has been moved and destroyed and is no longer available so I didn't have to waste my time.
Maria did a great job attending us with a good friendly wave and helped us with the parts we are looking for and even showed where exactly the cars are at.
Scott was very professional, polite and respectful when he came to pick up my '94 Honda Accord. Kept me updated on his ETA to get my car, hooked up and leaving in 20 minutes I highly recommend to get Scott as your driver!!!

Maria was very nice. Welcome those very politely she took the time to help us eventually you didn’t have the car needed. It was next-door at Austin Ranch Park. I’ll be walking over there, but I do wanna mention that she is a great employee.

My dad and I visited this location last week to ask questions about inventory, battery processing, and business information. The nice ladies at the counter introduced Chris and Chris gave us a great tour of the site while answering all of our questions! Would definitely visit again and do business. Best auto parts facility in the country!
Best product Return/exchange (under warranty) experience so far. Staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and patient in dealing my case. Had to went back in 3x to exchange a NO-charge battery. 3rd time the charm, they say.. and problem was eventually taken care of. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Watch out Toyota Tacoma parts buyers! There is a decoy 2006 Toyota Tacoma at this yard..... I started next door @thier other yard to get parts for a Mazda and Toyota. Got the 1 bolt for mazda,so that was great. I was sent next door to their other store since they could see on their system the part may be there. I paid another three dollars to enter again next door despite being told to show my receipt. They said yes ,we only have one. I understand that this is a scavenger hunt. I go find the truck, and it's only a frame and half a cab. The yard man tells me that the truck has been there 3 months and that it was stripped down to its current state within 1 week. If it no longer had any usable parts after a week, what reason is there not to scrap it for its last and only value, metal... other than to use this highly sought-after vehicle as a lure? You tell me in front of the yard guy and inventory person that they don't associate and don't know what is there and that it has been scrap, no longer a truck for the last 2 months and three weeks? Your inventory system is great,you know what was sold from that vehicle. Seems you would have recorded whether you had a door having only one vehicle?
