Sigues el camino verde de la imagen. Llegas a la báscula de entrada (inbound scale) te detienes en el comunicador y espera a que ellos te hablen. Das tus datos. Sigue la línea verde de la imagen. En el punto azul te puedes estacionar (BOL PARKING). Vas a BOL Shipping (en la imagen es el que está encerrado con rojo) a reportarte, ahí te dan instrucciones. Los muelles están señalados en la imagen con un garabato amarillo. Te acercas y te pones en el muelle disponible. Debe de ser sólo el muelle 3, 4 ó 5. Le entregas el BOL al montacargas. Después de la carga regresas a la báscula, pero por el lado de outbound. Vas de nuevo a la oficina de Shipping y listo.
I AM NOT SURE WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH MY TRASH PICK UP BUT ALL OF A SUDDEN IT HAS BECOME HIT & MISS. I HAD MY TRASH CANS OUT BY MONDAY MORNING - BECAUSE IT'S EASIER FOR ME @NITE THAN TO DO IT IN THE AM. SO I KNOW I WAS NOT LATE BUT ALL DAY TODAY THE RE-CYCLE & THE GRASS & WEED HAVE STOOD OUT THERE -WAITING FOR THE HOA TO WRITE ME UP!!! I KNOW EVERYTHING WAS NOT PICKED 5/16 BE CAUSE I CHECKED WITH NEIGHBORS BUT MY WERE NOT PICKED UP TODAY EITHER. I REALLY DO NEED A COPY OF YOUR SCHEDULE SO I CAN MAKE SURE WHAT TO PUT OUT. We felt they just price scrap as they choose to, and didn't get the full amount for the aluminum and stainless that we should have. We brought in aluminum wire and they priced it as aluminum sheet old, and the stainless steel sinks we brought in they priced as stainless breakage. Both lower prices than what they should have been priced as.
This dump has colloquially become known as the Garbargeberg Wilds Mountain. They have had zebra, strange small gazelle, buffalo, emus, etc. on the grounds, but unfortunately the big field has just been lined with a hedge and the now the Garbageberg Wilds Mountain is expanding. Imagine the Austonian Who Went Up A Dump But Came Down A Mountain.
People very nice and polite no doubt about loading time pretty normal 1 to 2hrs to load up so that's pretty normal . Majority of the in about 1 hrs you out of there.
Only opens up at around 730 am Go-to inbound scale to weigh up, then circle around to the trailer for instructions. You will see a sign to pull up to. Go in trailer talk to person inside then they will assign you a door. Back up to dock then give forklift driver your paper work. After he has loaded it he will give it back to you. Go back to inbound scale and weigh up. If all checks out ok, go around to outbound scale near the trailer where you got the paper work and park on it. Get out and go back in the trailer with your paper work. The person inside will put a seal on the trailer then your all set. Sounds like a lot but it's a easy process. Fast loading also.
The MRF yard (materials recovery facility) is a Good place to sell your scrap metal. They pay the highest on tin and mixed metals! But watch your tires going in the yard!
We love the store here but scrapping metal here sucks, they give you really horrible prices and are rude. The guy helping us was Sabastian and he should probably consider maybe working where he doesn't have to deal with people.
I’ve been with them for a total of about 20 years. I say total because we cut ties before. All in all they’ve done a good job but they have no idea what customer service is, and sad when that’s their business model. Probably like most of you I got a rate increase mine was 10%. I would really appreciate some notice ! So I decided to live with that when weekend before last the crew pulled up next to the cans and sat there for about five minutes and drove away ? I few days later I found out that now there’s a ONE can limit and will not pick up two, i asked how are we the customers to know ? I still waiting for that answer. Could that really be their limit ? Its just me and gramma and a lot of times we need two. We canceled our service, they said to leave the (one, the other one is mine) can with trash at the road and we will pick it up Wednesday. Now I couldn’t care less about that trash can but it makes you wonder. Monday someone emptied the one can with the contents of two; ) five days later the can is on the roadside.
