I called QUICK TOW LLC early in the morning, around 6:17 AM, using their 24-hour number. The person who answered sounded like he was half asleep. I even asked if I should call back later, but he said, “No.” I explained clearly that I needed a tow for my car and specifically did NOT want a flatbed, as I’ve towed this car before and know it requires a dolly to be towed safely.
He told me the driver wouldn’t be in until around 6:30 or so, but assured me they’ve hauled Ferraris and other exotic cars before and knew what to do. So, I trusted him and waited.
At about 7:15 AM, I received a text saying they were 15 minutes away, and true to their word, they showed up on time — with a flatbed. The driver himself was very professional and polite. I explained my concerns again and told him I’ve had this exact issue before where flatbeds couldn’t tow the car without damage.
The driver worked to line up the car, but after checking, he came over and said the spoiler would definitely hit. At that point, I asked him not to tow it. He was understanding, apologized, and even suggested a few other companies that might be able to help.
The frustrating part is that the driver wasn’t told that I needed a dolly. When he called the office, the same gentleman — now fully awake — admitted they don’t even have trucks with dollies.
This was a complete waste of time and easily avoidable. If the person who answered my call had actually listened when I explained my needs, we wouldn’t have gone through this whole mess.
The driver gets five stars for professionalism, but the communication and dispatch side of QUICK TOW LLC really dropped the ball here.
Great service and reasonable pricing! Mando picked up my SUV quickly and provided details and pictures when he picked up and dropped off my car at the dealership. I highly recommend Quick Tow!
I had the best experience with Quick Tow. Despite being told 24-48hrs by several companies they were out in 30 minutes!!! Michael was very pleasant, understanding, and patient. Although I hope to never be in need again if I am I would definitely use them again.
Great service. My Harley died at the pump on Saturday night. Ricky was there very quickly. He was on brand new equipment and he was super professional. He called me with an eta and again when my Harley landed at Cowboy HD. Been in Austin since ‘92, best tow experience yet. Love the new 6500.
Wow these guys were Awesome! I was stuck on the the fast lane side of 290 so I called Quick Tow,. Seriously 30 min. Later they were there loading my truck and I was safly off the highway. I cant say Thank you enough and so glad I picked these guys to call first. Josh
After waiting almost 4 hours for a tow through my insurance provider, we finally gave up and called the local Quick Tow - who were phenomenal. They were super fast (under 30 minutes), helpful and nice, worked hard in the pouring rain, and payment was super easy. Big shout out to Joseph for being a true hero in a crisis!
Called up Quick Tow for a dead battery. Nick was fast, friendly, and professional. I would highly recommend Quick Tow and will be saving their number in my phone for all of my future towing needs.
I called Quik Tow after I was quoted an outrageous price from another company to tow my car four miles. Quik Tow quoted me half the price and were able to get to my home in an hour and a half. Bear showed up and was so friendly and professional. He was even patient with my kids watching everything he was doing ;-) I highly recommend Quik Tow and Bear...they were both a pleasure to work with.

The young man that owns this business is doing an awesome job in the Spicewood area. Nick is very dependable and courteous. If you should need towing assistance this will be the only phone call you need to dial. Keep up the great work Nick.
