Michael was so respectful and knowledgeable when I had my flat tire the morning before work. He filled up my tire and even offered to follow behind me to ensure I got to my destination. I will use their services again no question, but hopefully I won’t need to be in the situation again.
Just amazing, caught a flat on the toll road and didn’t have a donut in the car, I got this number from a friend and gave them a call. 20 minutes later they showed up assessed the situation and had my car towed where I needed it with no problem. Mr. Michael Robinson was very professional and knowledgeable of what he was doing and took care of my problem in a timely manner. Highly recommend and am very thankful for their service.
I was assigned Bedroc through AAA. Was told it would take 60 minutes for them to respond. At the 60 minute mark I got a call from my driver, Michael R, who said he was 10 minutes away. Upon arrival, he quickly loaded my vehicle and drove us to the nearby tire shop. Tow truck cab was very clean and comfortable. The tire shop was closed but still had some of the workers there finishing up, and Michael actually ended up talking them (very nicely) into changing my tire for me even though they were closed! It was very kind of him and really helped me (mom of 2) out since I would have had no car otherwise. All in all, Michael was efficient, helpful, and very kind. Only downside of the experience is that they don't opt in to whatever AAAs texting system is, so I had to call AAA for updates. Otherwise, no complaints. Still giving 5/5 stars since Michael was such a gem :-)
