A Ramirez went above and beyond for us! Actually the whole staff was very helpful and nice! The best customer service than any other junk yard I been too! The people at the front were extra nice and kept us company while Ramirez went back to look for a battery not once, not twice, but 3 times in a whole other area! We had a weird battery so it was confusing. Thanks so much! They even looked up to see what type of battery I needed. Great, 100% recommend!
The establishment is very accommodating, ,straight-forward and the staff are very professional and helpful. They have quality parts and cars for sale. I definitely will be back! They have such a large selection of vehicles. Im sure anyone can find what they need!
Great first experience. Hadn't been to a salvage yard in 25 years. They printed out a complete list of vehicles and that would work for me, got a easy to read map, all the isles were clearly marked so I found what I was looking for easy. They have large carts to use, I suggest bringing a piece of cardboard though as they are VERY oily. Prices were great. Hopefully I don't have any more accidents and need to find parts, but if I do, I know exactly where to go now.
