We were in a bine and couldn’t get anyone else to tow us in Sonora. Mark arrived, rigged up and took our comercial vehicle up to Floresville TX. Great Company
An amazing dude! He was super super sweet and very helpful, my gear shifter broke and he was able to tow my car back to my apartments for me. Very affordable, if I ever have to call for a tow again im coming back to him. Super easy process for paying and didnt take super long. He's a very kind soul and hes literally a life saver.
These guys were amazing with helping me out after my truck broke down on my way to work. Came out in the winter cold and even more amazing parked my truck in an apartment space. Fairly priced and would highly recommend

The tow amount was increased after they had already picked up our truck. They then informed us they would tow the vehicle to their yard and hold it until the new amount was paid. This is essentially a bait-and-switch tactic. We have been hung up on multiple times when they couldn't answer our questions.
We are now seeking legal counsel and have all conversations recorded.
I called them out to tow me from Sonora to San Angelo Wich is 61 miles and they charge me $2500.00 Wich I voice my opinion on how ridiculous it was the owner Dusty said that was a fair price and that he didn’t charge me for everything like him coming out to assist his driver on getting my semi truck hooked up and ready to go as if it was my fault the driver he sent out could not figure out what was needed . This is awful. And it’s not a way to treat people you should be honest and fair don’t overcharge people because you can ..! I was stranded, and they took advantage of the situation , I will not be using them in the future and recommend everybody to stay away from this place it is a rip off…!!!! Please do your self a service and find someone who will treat you fair…!!
Mark with Entrusted Towing saved us when our first scheduled tow company left us high and dry. Responded promptly and got to us as quick as he could. Very nice truck. Handled everything quickly and professionally!

This guy's service is amazing he saved my day, my week, my month if you want to put it that way lol. He showed up in the 15 minutes that he said he would be there. He did not stop until he was able to get my tire off. Call him for your next towing or Tire Service you will not be disappointed. Plus he's kind of cute. Some lucky woman is blessed to have him in her life. Thank her too because he wouldn't be him without her.

Awesome Service! A1 came and picked me up in me the middle of the night 1am towed me 40 plus miles out of the way so I could get to where I was going. AAA vendor Jered was the absolutely the best I have no idea why he doesn't come up first on Google on other search apps, Call him before you call anyone else worth every dime!
Jared was so helpful when I needed my vehicle towed after the battery died. When he got to my house, he talked me through the battery situation and how to jump it (tricky things sometimes).
If I need a towing service again, I will definitely call him! You can tell he cares, is very knowledgeable about cars and is trustworthy!

The service is impeccable. Great communication from beginning to end. They inform you when they are going to get to your house and they notify you when the vehicle has been delivered to the dealership with a picture of the vehicle at the dealership. I would use them again and highly recommend them based on my great experience!
Jared was absolutely wonderful to work with. My brother broke down on the side of the hwy towing a gooseneck and Jared kept me informed the entire time, made sure we were getting the best service, he contacted our insurance to deal with additional problems with the gooseneck and got that handled, helped my brother find a good repair shop and even took him to the airport. Exceptional service and I highly recommend! Wonderful at his job.

He was fast, helpful and thoughtful. Called to make sure I was ok and safe prior to picking me up. Took me to meet my ride. Made sure he explained everything he did. Dropped off my car and made sure it was secure.
