It was 0130am and my daughter had hit a deer in Garden City. I was desperate for a tow company and when I called Eddy's, they were comforting from the very start! The late night phone call wasn't an inconvenience for them. They didn't put me off until 0800 the following morning. I knew my daughter was safe, and they were on the road within 30 minutes to pick up the van so it didn't sit on the side of the road longer than it had to! Any time I had a question they were easy to reach and prompt with their response. HANDS DOWN 5 STARS! I'll recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much, Jon for all your help!!!

Eddie's is hands down, the best towing service in town. I've used them several times, and it's the only place I call. Very reasonable pricing, professional service, very courteous, and will go the extra mile. Was traveling to Houston and car overheated in San Angelo, and Jon assisted me on the phone call with roadside assistance and got it escalated to management until approval. I used Eddys Towing for the third time and it was just as good as the first time. They are so fast and just overall nice to do business with. Their prices are so reasonable and they just always seem like they love their job. I do also like that they are a family business. If you need gas, a jump start, or a tow I would definitely recommend Eddy’s every time!

He handled my car beautifully and was patient with me as i was of course spastic my car broke down. Great family run business with exceptional customer service and professionalism. Short story…my wife broke down in Eden, TX about 45 min east of San Angelo. I called Eddy’s and talked to Chris the owner about 7pm. Told him my wife’s predicament and said they can handle it no problem. Coordinated a tow for the next morning. I had to drive 5hrs from Dallas to Eden to help my wife. About midnight Chris texted me to see if everything was ok and if there was anything he could do to help. Told him everything was good and we were on way to San Angelo for the night. Next morning, Chris’s dad Jose picked me up at the hotel and we made the round trip from San Angelo to Eden and back. Great guy! He told me Eddy’s is named after his grandson. Anyway, everything was done professionally and with care. Even confirmed that the auto repair shop we used was highly recommended. These guys came through my USAA roadside assistance. My car needed a jump. He was here within 10 minutes. Jumped it and gave great advice on what to do next. I didn’t realize my battery had a warranty through the manufacturer, and I was going to buy a brand new battery before he told me about the warranty. We opened the hood back up to look at the serial number on the battery (to check the warranty dates). He had already driven away at this point, but he turned around when he saw the hood up to make sure we were still okay. Very easy and pleasant experience considering my car was having problems.

I've worked with several tow truck companies in the past for work or for personal vehicles. This is by far some of the best service I have ever experienced at a Towing Company. I will only be using them in San Angelo from now on. Excellent customer service, quick response and very flexible with delivery location as we had to change it mid tow. My son was stuck in high water on the side of Glass Rd. Jon came out without hesitation. Climb out in the water which was knee high on me. Ran a chain under his car pulled him out.
