Bee. With the company for 10 years, needed to move the dumpster to a new location. Took almost 2 months, multiple emails and about 10 calls to finally get someone to call me back. Then they increased the service fee by $23 per month with out mentioning anything. Used to be a awesome company and easy to work with, now it is awful!! If you don't mind an increase in charges randomly and not being able to get a hold of anyone other than the call center this is your company!
Worst company in Angelo area! I called to cancel my services. It's going on two months and I still have not been reached out to or had my services cancelled! I have contacted them four seperate times. This company is ridiculous.
