This place is terrible. I've always gone to big country, but had to try this place as big country's scale was down. Brought them open eye helix, which I normally get over $1/lb for. This place gave me $0.15/lb. Ripped off, stolen from and treated with complete disrespect while unloading. I will NEVER bring anything here again!
Wow, these people must be prejudice toward white and black people, because I took a clean load of copper in and they wouldnt give me the clean price, sold it to me as if it was dirty. But the Hispanic man Infront of me had less copper than me, and was walking out with more money then I.
They tried to buy my brass as dirty brass it was clean. I've been scraping for 40 year's. They forgot to include the extruded aluminum. The prices paid were 10% less than the other two scrap yards. Then to top it off they went out of their way to go as slow as possible. My partner and myself believe it was due to being white. That's the last time I go to this yard.
