If I could, I would rate less than a one star...I contacted him several times and when he was assure me he'd help out , lies...undependable, poor communication skills, and just flat out unprofessional...stay away from this man...use another towing company B&S towing the best
My family and I were stranded with a bad tire after hitting something on the freeway, Wal-Mart couldn't get one lug off so we had to have the car towed to a real tire shop. I called Flores Towing, was told they could get me in about an hour, it was actually a little less. The driver was very friendly, we had the car towed to the other side of Abilene and they only charged me 80 bucks, I was fully expecting to pay around 300 or so. If I lived around Abilene and needed tow service, I wouldn't hesitate to call Flores, great service, thanks so much.
Johnny was super sweet and kind! He did not take forever. His services were quick and easy. I would definitely recommend them to have your vehicles towed.
Had a truck moved from one location to another. It took only about an hour from phone call to delivery. Will definitely use again. Excellent service, polite, and reasonably priced.
Outside of the very high tow and storage price it's ok. My friend had his Harley towed (police request) and stored overnight outside total cost was $271.00 seems really high to me. The man we talked to there was a good guy but the cost got to me.
Called them and was told approximately 45 minutes to an hour. They never called me back like they said they would. Never showed up and wouldn't answer the phone when I calle them back. If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would.
