Terrible customer service called in to get a car towed and the gentleman asked me how many miles is it? I told him I didn’t know and tried to give him the addresses where the vehicle was at and where I needed it brought to and he just hung up the phone. Don’t use them at any cost even if it’s free.
Service sucks. They’ll tell you to sit with your car and they are on the way but have you waiting all day. They’ll give no updates and you have to keep calling them back. For the amount of time it takes then to come out you can buy a AAA membership and they’ll come before millers.
Called for tow at 0846 this morning for White Settlement area. Dispatcher said driver was on a call and would get to me as soon as he could. At 0946 when I called for a new ETA, dispatcher had no record of my initial request. So I hung up.
I would definitely recommend Midway towing. They are prompt, reliable and reasonable.

I hope I am rating the right branch but my driver’s name was Tareq. This man was an absolute angel during such a horrible night. He arrived promptly and was kind the entire time. I must admit as a female I was scared to be riding with someone I didn’t know at 4am but i felt safe and comfortable. Tareq was kind enough to even help fix my tires but they were so severely damaged nothing could be done. If I’m ever in need of such a service I know who to call. Ty!
i called bc i needed towing!! the guy got here his truck didn’t work so now i’m sitting here another 2 hours and called anther tow truck company who got here in 15 minutes. don’t call here they just wasted my time. ZERO STARS
One of there guys was doing 40 up our small residential road and a lot of the neighborhood kids including my own were out side playing. Need to slow down. Could have been very bad

Broke my exhaust off and told me I should be thankful for their service as well as if they broke my car they would buy me new one. Then proceeded to refuse to look at the damage because I told them it was aftermarket. Don't go through this company no matter how down you are
These guys go above and beyond and are always and I mean always available in your time of need. I've used them 2 times over the past 2 years when my truck let me down. They always gave a fair quote and did what they said for the price they gave me over the phone and did it with a friendly smile. GREATEST TOW SERVICE IN THE METROPLEX BY FAR!!!!
Our driver was amazing with communication, they had a competitive price, and excellent customer service. After towing my son's car, the driver was even able to tell us what was wrong with it, saving us hours of trying to figure it out by ourselves. Highly recommend!
Can’t say enough good things about our experience. My wife’s car got stuck on the side of the freeway and he showed up in less than 30 minutes to help. The process was super quick and safe. Would highly recommend.
I called multiple tow companies when my truck broke down Midway towing was the fastest to get to me and also the cheapest. The gentleman did a great job at getting my vehicle where it needed to be.
They did a great job helping me out. I was stranded on the side of the highway and they helped me get my truck home. I had called 2 other tow companies and Midway is the only one who showed up. Will use them again if needed.
Very helpful, the tow truck driver helped my fiancé with getting his car back safe to our apartments with out any hesitation. The driver was also nice to my fiancé and we are very thankful!!!!
I needed my truck tow had called 10 towing companies most didn't answer others didn't have tow trucks available. Midway was the only one that was able to help me. They were great, very professional and helpful. If I ever need a tow truck will definitely call them again.
My experience with this company was great ! Reasonable prices and the dispatch and tow truck driver was very respectful and helpful even when I needed to change drop off locations.I will be using this company again in the future.
