January 21, 2026. Anjelika was so friendly, kind, attentive, and provided superb customer service. She informed me how long their services would take, and they also provide updates via app. In which it informs you once your car has been checked in, it's being worked on, etc. It gave me time to do some shopping, and they also have an area to put the shopping cart back if you park right in front of the auto care center. It's so convenient and helpful for sure. The service tech was Justin I, and he's the one who worked on my car. The services were a new battery and an oil change. It looked like he did a great job. I had such a positive experience and Anjelika definitely set the mood for a positive and great experience. Thank you so much.

I went to this Walmart on January 6th to have an old change, my husband ended up having to crawl under my car and tighten up my oil filter because they didn't tighten my oil filter, so I lost like half the oil that they put in it, and then they won't answer the phone. When you call to try to talk to them about it very, very unhappy with the way that their customer service is there.

This happened November 2024. I visited this location after one tire blew up on my way to FW animal shelter on I-35 to complete an adoption process. I brought in my car before 9 after visiting the shelter (had an earlier appointment time) which wasn’t too far and this was close to my next location I needed to visit, which I had to cancel because of Walmart Auto Center. There were a few people before me waiting at cashier. I was told it would be 1 hour after I checked in and selected my tire. I walked around the store and came back expecting to hear from them for pick up. There were a couple of people who were before me waiting as well. I waited some more. In a short time, 15-20, they were all gone. New customers after me started to get their cars back. I finally asked them when mine would be done. He said, “yours will be next…wait, somehow he skipped yours and working on the next one now. Give us 30 more minutes.” That was already around 11:30. Waited for 30 mins. The shop lights became dim and one by one, mechanics left for lunch. I asked a cashier where my car was. He said they went to lunch and it will be done around 1:30. I asked for a supervisor. He came and talked to a guy who spoke to me twice prior. He apologized and told me they were on lunch break. I asked for GM. Then, he immediately called one mechanic back from lunch. I told them that I know which mechanic helped which customer before me-I heard them talking sitting right next to me, the female customer was in hurry and they were friends. “I will take care of it. Don’t worry!” She left about 30 mins later. I told GM what happened and she was not sympathetic but diplomatic. “They are working on it right now!” I told her that I made them work on my car, not her. She didn’t care but made excuses for them. I told her that they knew what was happening and nobody took any actions till I raised my voice. She told me that they would cover some service fees, $30. I told her that even PT employees at her Walmart had made more than that in those hours I waited! She responded, “That’s true.” Yet she didn’t do anything more. Totally wasted my time. I should’ve gone to Discount Tire near by it… I do not recommend this location at all.

If you value your time DO NOT GO HERE. I was told it would be an hour to have tires mounted and balanced. 3 hours later they had only done 1! Even after the 2nd hour when I told them to stop and i would go elsewere it stil took an hour for them to put the wheels back on. Not to mention everytime i went out and checked they were all just standing around. Had to ask multiple times. Never again

Customer service was okay…ordered tires and received no paperwork. Asked to take pic of order info and told ab a day to two days…I returned to just check to see if it was in. I never received notification it was in. It had been almost 2 days so I was just checking. I had called a few times and could never reach anyone in auto. The first guy that helped me asked what kind of tire it was. I said I didn’t know but I had the order number and it’s for my Traverse. He said you don’t know what kind of tire you ordered? I was taken aback for a second but just said no, but I knew it was for my Chevy Traverse and I had the order info. He ended up finding the tire. The wait wasn’t bad and I liked how Walmart notifies you when your car is being worked on and complete. Should add outlets and maybe Netflix for people having to wait.

Had to do a last minute oil change they were able to get me in quick and did the job right doing an oil change to a 2500 diesel engine on a ram 2022 can be tricky but the tech did the job I was able to keep trucking

My Badge on my neck next to my face indicates that I'm either at work and needing to return or in their defense I'm getting off. But It was under a hour when I checked in to see the status of my car. So if that lady actually said 2 hour wait I would took my car and left I strongly suggest your lady up front "Sam" stops lying to people.

Great service. Went in for a battery replacement. Done in less than 30 minutes. Unfortunately do to computer issues at checkout, it took longer than than the installation. The crew at store #940 gets 5 stars. The corporate computer system gets a 1.

Service was pretty fast,they had a lot of customers at the time, so the wait in line to pick up car was a little long,they were very friendly especially the lady that checked us in.

I come here to get my oil changed sometimes and it’s great! It’s cheaper than most other full-synthetic oil change places. I know it doesn’t get as many miles but if you don’t have much money, this is the place to go.

About a week ago I came here for the first time for an oil change and tire rotation. The customer service was great and the workers made me feel at ease. Whenever I had any extra questions about my car, Justin had the answers and was so patient with me the entire time. As a woman I wasn’t pressured into getting any unnecessary things done to my car either! Lol. Just little recommendations if asked. Great service 10/10 recommend :)

everyone here was super helpful! I was a walk in and had my car in for an oil change within 30 minutes. really conveniently got a text when my car was done too! prices here can't be beat. less than $55 for full synthetic, which is unheard of. other places charge upwards of $70

Came in for tires and none of the mechanics came to the counter to help instead i had some who was trained as a cashier helping me pick out tires and she obviously didn’t know anything b/c she was trained to pack groceries not pick tires left without getting serviced definitely won’t be returning

I've never left a one star review in my life that wasn't seriously warranted. I made an appointment to get tires installed at this location 20 April 2021 that I got on their website; perhaps my first mistake, but it was an unbelievably good bargain for tires that I probably should have taken elsewhere to have mounted. They said everything was available before 2pm. It was 1040, I said anything before 12pm. She said 11am, I agreed and actually got there right at 1100. It took 15 minutes to get my information into the computer to check in. The guy at the counter was nice and such, but this seemed highly suspect that checking in to get tires mounted should take that long. They said it'd be about an hour. Okay, about average. I go cruise the aisles and see if there's anything I need then go back and check in an hour. Not done yet. Hmm, okay, back to kicking tires in the 'waiting area' devoid of chairs. 90 MINUTES later, I asked how much longer; the employee at the desk disappeared into the back to 'check', and literally at that moment, they send me a text that said they just started. What the absolute f***... TLDR version: 3 HOURS LATER, TO PUT 4 TIRES ON, I'm finally on my way and very late to pick up my daughter from school, where I had to have my mother-in-law go pick her up so we weren't charged the exorbitant late fee. I haven't been late in 4 years that didn't involve a medical emergency, and I'm type 2 diabetic bordering on having some massive DB Rage at this point... I could have changed 4 tires at home with a sh!t air compressor and a crowbar in 3 hours. These are so called pro's with actual tire equipment... Here's the deal; they don't care how long it takes, you're in the store and you have no vehicle. They want you to go shopping and spend money. I'm a man, I made an appointment, I'm there to have my g-d tires put on and that's it. And it wasn't just me. EVERYONE around me had been there, very conveniently, at least 2 hours for anything from a tire rotation to a simple oil change. AT LEAST TWO HOURS... When we went to complain, the desk staff would miraculously disappear and a new employee would appear. They rotated every 2 hours. How convenient... Which probably works great up until the first 5 people you screwed over are Still There for THREE HOURS. Then the "I'M GONNA ____ YOU WITH MY BARE HANDS" looks are flying everywhere, and that desk employee is getting very sweaty. And it's cold back there, with no seating (on purpose I'm sure despite current global issues). I was moments away from going to appropriate a sleeping bag and lay it on the floor over a row of tires. I had no plan to pay for the sleeping bag, but I sure as hell would love every minute of camping in the middle of the aisle. My advice, regardless of the discount online, pay the extra $50 and go somewhere else. ANYWHERE else. Your time is Valuable, just not to walmart.

Urgency doesnt define this place. over an hour to install 4 tires. I'm the only car here. Simple tire installation. They already had 2 customers leave that where behind me. How many techs do they have ? Where is management? Shouldn't the manager be helping when they are getting backed up? Zero convenience more like inonvenience to me . I'm so frustrated right now !!! So total wait time was exactly 2 hrs wow just wow

Great place for a quick oil change; about a 20 to 30 minute wait. Employees are nice and if you're not in the mood for waiting at the auto center, you could conveniently head out and do some grocery shopping

I called several times to get pricing for a battery on two different days. They do not answer the phone. When they did answer the phone the lady put me on hold and never came back to the phone. That's very poor customer service and I chose instead to drive out of my way to go to the Walmart that did answer the phone and give me pricing even though I am sure the pricing is the same.

I came into my local wal-mart to purchase a battery for my car Friday after work. I was told by the young lady that it would be easier to make an appointment for the following morning and buy a battery and they could put it in for me. The next morning I showed up at my appointment time and was told there was only one tech there and 4 cars infront of me. More techs would come in at 10am. My appointment was at 8am! I will NEVER take my vehicle here again and discourage anyone to use this location. Why make an appoinment if you have to wait 2 hours to maybe be helped!

I was told $220 on the phone but ended up paying $300. Was also told it would be only a 3 hour wait but it was 4 hours before it was done making me unable to go get other work done on my car. I told them I wanted to keep one of my tires and to take the spare and put the tire I wanted to keep on the spare rim. They didn't do it I had to go ask for them to give me the tire back. It incovienced my day today and tomorrow.

I came in with a tire showing belt to get it replaced and the manager took on the job himself because his technician was busy. I was incredibly impressed with his diligence and willingness to ensure every customer was taken care of.

I love this place, they're honest and cheap. The techs are so humble too, they're very nice and don't mind you asking questions! This will forever be my only shop to go to, even if I move far away!

Got there at 8:45 am and there were two cars in front of me. Just needed oil change and they said it would be less than an hour. At 10 am they had not even pulled the car in for the oil change. When I told them to cancel the change they said they will get to it right away. Told them it needed to be done in 15 minutes or less or don't do it. They managed to get ot done. This is the third time I have been there and the time it takes is excessive. Will be last time I go.

They raised the pay and cut the hours. I went there 3 times in a week and they were understaffed. Couldn't change my oil. Then when they did... Now I have a leak. -- put back 10.00 a month and go somewhere else. Our car engines are too expensive to replace because we wanted or needed to save 25$

I been going everytime i need oil change sometime its little long wait just to get seen but there customer service always great and they vacuum my front seats they didnt have to but it was very much appreciated.!(: Love this walmart for oil change.!

I moved to Fort Worth about 4 years ago, and seem to inevitably end up having some kind of tire issue about once a year. On my last visit, it occurred to me that I should write a review. Every single person that has helped me throughout the years has been professional, kind, and courteous. I'm also grateful that they have service hours on Sunday, as my car dealership and Discount Tire are closed. Prices reasonable. Highly recommend.
