Honestly very disappointed, My friends car broke down in the middle of a winter storm and he doesn’t speak english. Noah came to him and told him he could help him for a small fee. Once he got his car out the road he told him it would be 125$. I don’t know what world we live in where 125$ is a “small fee”. I understand needing to tow a car under the weather conditions however transparency would be much appreciated. The price should’ve been announced before even moving the car. Also should have better payment options. I’m not sending a picture of my card front and back to someone i do not know.

My wife and I recently had a mixed experience with A A Wrecker Service in Haltom City. While the front desk staff were nice and helpful, the overall experience was negative. After our car was stolen and towed here, I was assured by both the police and the wrecker service that my car was startable. However, upon arrival, I faced unexpected fees for first and last days holding, which I wasn’t informed of beforehand. The wrecker yard attendant took an unusually long time to locate my car, and when they finally did, it wouldn’t start—contrary to what I had been assured. I discovered a disconnected battery terminal, which I reconnected, and the car started without issue. It felt like this was purposely done to push unnecessary towing services on us. Given the stress of having a stolen car, this added frustration made for an awful experience. I wouldn’t recommend their services to anyone.

Andrew has great customer service and is an amazing person to speak with and the tow truck guys are so comforting and amazing!! They help us out at our Domestic Violence Non profit Wings of a Butterfly. We feel so safe and secure with them having our backs and protecting our buildings and our clients!

I was in an accident on Monday on my way home from work and the gentleman that showed up to tow my car was just so sweet. I should have gotten his name, and I didn't, and I wish I would have! He was so sweet, such a gentleman, and so helpful! All around great service (:

Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Mr. Jack was understanding and accommodating. Unfortunate circumstance to have to have my vehicle towed there but everyone in the office including the drivers were amazing.

It was a Blessing and a Curse. Yesterday I was in a bad car accident. I'm grateful I wasn't hurt. Because just now seeing the damage to my vehicle. Lord I honor the.The truck which speed into me and another car 🚗 was tow to AA Wrecker Company in Haltom City.Upon entering the building I was greeted so heartfelt ♥. Greatly appreciated the team at AA. They truly helped me in an unfortunate situation. Everyone on the phone, in the office and in the yard was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. Great folks.

I just got into a wreck this morning & had to get towed and didn't really need it but I went to the hospital & the car was in the middle of the road & all I had was 215, it was 376.00 BLESS these guys for going above & beyond. JACK THANK U for your help I will never forget this you guys helped me during a very stressful day & ON MY BIRTHDAY LOL 🙏

These ppl were wonderful! I mean considering the situation. They treated me like a human it was all about customer service and they quoted me a price that he kept his word on. I hope I never get my vehicle impounded again but if I do or if yawl do this company will make you feel like a big hug. I absolutely loved meeting everyone there. Genuinely great ppl

Wife's car was damaged in the front when a lady pulled out in front of her. The next morning I stopped at the tow yard to get some things out of her car Management at the wrecker service office were awesome and very helpful. I was able to get our things from her car. Great people!

The girl from this was very helpful I was here to pick up a car with the friend I mean the service was great it was fast

This place is by far the worst place to have your car towed by. They towed my girlfriends mothers car and it was sitting at their lot for a max of 5 minutes and we were charged 374 dollars originally but were able to get it down to 250 when I asked to see the receipt the owner I presume some hefty white guy with a beard wanted to get petty and threatened to raise the price back to 374. It was at this time that I had to remove myself from the establishment out of fear of causing a scene or sending the little big man on any more of a power trip, my girlfriend and her mother were able to talk to someone who didn’t have a stick up their butt and get the price dropped to 150. 10/10 would not recommend and I feel bad for anyone else that this has happened to because I am sure we are not the first.

Everybody who worked there when I went to pick my fj up had a smile on their face and everybody seemed to be in a good mood . I loved the atmosphere bc let's be honest it sucks having to be there but they make it not so bad and super fast and to the point . I was in and out in 10 minutes

Honestly there was 1 cool person who really helped me but other that I would strongly advise anyone thinking about using this place of business to think again! Super unethical business practices only go here if you feel like being disrespected and belittled. Kicked me out and said they would not do business with me because I asked for an itemized bill to just check and make sure everything was good. I also told them I would have an attorney look over it not as a threat just as a letting them know kind of thing, and that’s when they got super defensive and refused to do business with me. So any bad review you see on this place believe them.

my boyfriend got into an accident and left the car there for two days before trying to pick it up. they’re charging almost $500 for the 2 days it’s been there, they told him if he gives them the title he could get his amp out. he asked for an itemized bill and they refused to “do business” with him. he tried to give them the title and they kicked him out all because he asked for an itemized bill. now they have his amp which is worth about $300. any bad reviews about this place, believe them. police department needs to stop doing business with them.

First experience with having to visit this kind of establishment but they truly blew me away with their compassion, patience, and honesty. I think a concern many people have is items being stolen from their vehicles but all the power tools in our exposed trunk were there. An employee escorts you & waits for you to collect your belongings so they certainly keep an eye to make sure there’s no theft. Thank you!

These guys are thieves. I got into an accident and they drove my car. I have some on the way and charge $282 I was interested I got into an accident I was an impound it and they still charge me $282 thieves license to steal the police department and them have some kind of a special sweet deal that needs to be looked into because it’s ridiculous. The charge of citizens $282 after they get hit by a car you guys should be ashamed of yourself I would never have chosen you to do business but obviously your contractor whatever deal you got with the police department you’re able to get away with this you might be able to get away with it legally but more leave you guys a bankrupt. You should be ashamed of yourselves I’m in for God sakes I have a mile away Why can’t you charge a normal rate 150 bucks OK but not $282 like if it was impounded I was not arrested I got into a car accident and then I get screwed by the tow truck company, AA Joe truck company you guys should be ashamed do you cells AA wrecking service? Does AA wrecking service don’t do anything or any business with them if you can avoid it thieves, thieves thieves oh by the way the thieves.

Car was totaled by in an accident, other persons fault, Police came and called for AA wrecker. They came at got it. Then when dealing with the other person's insurance they were very helpful in giving me information on how to deal with slow/delinquent insurance payouts.

worst wrecker service ever. They wouldn’t let me get my truck and the old man at the front was super rude and started telling all the customers and workers our business. Staff were also lazy because we brought a flat bed to tow our lifted truck and one wheel was broken and all the workers where just standing there with their arms crossed saying they wouldn’t be able to get the truck up the tow truck but the tow truck guy was able to get the truck up while the workers just stood there watching. It took 3 days to be able to get our truck because the old man at the front desk just kept making excuses on why we couldn’t get our truck that way more days could pass and they could make more money off the truck being stored there. Never again. Me and my family were on a vacation because were from El Paso and we crashed our truck which was already bad and this man and his workers made our experience even more stressful by not letting us get our truck which caused us to have to stay in Dallas for longer and miss work, school, and our personal business.

These are some of the nicest guys you ever want to meet! They were quite helpful in letting me retrieve items from my damaged motorcycle. They even helped bag up everything that was left over. I appreciate such great customer service. Pleasant and very helpful!

This is the best experience I've had. The staff here were very welcoming and helpful. They were very considerate and it smells amazing in the building! It's very organized. It's tucked behind the Shell gas station. All of the staff, spoke and greeted us warmly. Very respectable gentlemen!

The guys who picked up my car were very efficient and professional. I had an issue with the insurance company regarding retrieving my things from the car, since I live about 3 hours away from the Dallas metro. However, Lisa in the wrecker company's office went above and beyond to not only personally retrieve my items, but mail them to me the next day. Excellent customer service -- I highly recommend them!

I called and was broke down on service road 820E at 377 during rush hour. If anyone lives in the Metroplex they know how scary that can be. They sent a tow truck to get me. And one to block traffic for safety. The tow truck operator was friendly and professional. The price was less than expected. I can’t recommend them enough. The dispatcher realized my situation. They were there in less than 1/2 hour.Awesome!!!!

My wife's car was stolen and recovered, thankfully the folks at AA wrecker was extremely helpful and knowledgeable to walk me through the process of dealing with my insurance company. This place has been very good to me. The drivers are very experienced and I can tell that they take pride in what they do.

OK it is a wrecking yard and towing service, so don't expect lush carpet, crystal displays and rose petals. This said, the office is welcoming, modern-looking and clean. I asked to go to the bathroom and I was gracefully invited behind the counter to the restroom facilities which were cleaner than some of the doctors' offices I visited. As for the service, these guys are professionals, they know their business and they have seen it all. So what they tell you is not meant to aggravate you or bother you. It is the law. I went there to dispose of one of my vehicles my daughter recently totaled in a car accident without bodily injury (Thank God because the car is definitely dead). They explained the procedure to me and even helped me with my insurance. They were helpful, polite and efficient. What else do you need? I certainly hope I'll never have to go back there as typically you only deal with these guys in unpleasant circumstances but if fate brings me there again, I know I will be treated well. Not sure what the other guys were complaining about. In my opinion, if you introduce yourself with a smile, typically you get a smile back. This business is no different. Oh and by the way, if you see Keith, you'll see he looks just like Kid Rock! Bonus!!!
