  Edwin was.polite and friendly. I was told that the pickup would be between noon and 2pm. He called at 11:30 and was here by 12:15. Everyone that I dealt with were extremely helpful since I had never done this before.

  Had a car that died and not worth the repair bill. Found junk car girls online and called. They answered quickly, asked for info on the car, and gave a quote. I was of course hoping for more, but really it was a fair offer. A callback from their scheduler came 10 minutes later - pickup the same day. Their driver called for address, arrived early, with cash, signed the transfer papers and towed the car quickly. Tim, the driver was friendly, quick and efficient. From the time I called the whole process took about 3 hours. Not happy that my car died, but am very happy with this service that solved my problem quickly and efficiently.

Very professional, friendly, and he keep letting us know what he had to do to get the vehicle out of the yard. He Finally got it out of the yard on the flatbed and off Ms. toot went.   My transmission gave out this morning backing out of my parking space. As soon as they opened this morning they were on thier way. Got my car out of the way quick and easy. Oscar who was the driver of the tow truck called me and checked in. He was very friendly and respectful. Even did his job correctly while training a new crew member.   I just googled junk car buyers and they were the first to respond right away. Called told me the price and said they could come out right away. They came in less than a hour , the tow guy was very nice and the whole thing took less than 15 minutes. Only issue I had is he shorted me $10 that was quoted on my bill of sale. But it’s part my fault for not looking at the money when he handed it to me after we finished the deal.

  Definitely recommend. I called them on a Thursday, and on Friday the next day our driver came to pick up our car with cash in hand. Friendly, respectful, easy going, and understanding! Our driver was awesome, and had some pretty funny stories. Awesome place of business, and will recommend to others! 100% satisfied.

  Have used the service of the Junk Car Girls two times now, and both times was left very satisfied with the outcome. They were professional, easy to work with, punctual, and, most importantly, paid what they promised without trying to change it regardless of any challenges encountered when picking up the car. However, what I'm really here to do is extend praise to the driver who picked my car up this most recent time I used them, Brandon. Brandon was extremely professional and seemed like an all around great dude. Had a great chat with him while he worked on getting my car loaded up and his kindness honestly made it feel like we'd been friends for years. Every challenge encountered through the process he handled with finesse without ever skipping a beat, or letting it sour his mood. Honestly, his attitude and personality made the whole experience that much more enjoyable, and I'd strongly recommend anyone using this service to request him to be the one to come pickup. He was friendly, motivated, punctual, responsive, really everything a customer is looking for to make the process nice, smooth, and easy. If I ever have to use Junk Car Girls service again I will absolutely be requesting him to be the one to come pick up. 5/5 stars for JCG and 10/5 stars for the driver, Brandon.

  I had a car that had been in shops for about a month, and decided in tandem with the teams working it that it was time to scrap. I didnt get the name of the girl I talked to this morning on the phone, but she was so kind and polite, laid everything out for me on what I'd get for my car, and when the tow would happen. And even then the guy who did come to pick up, Josias, was an absolute sweetheart, polite, and just as professional as the other person I talked to, making sure I had my bill of sale and all relevant info. I would absolutely recommend this business, and thank you to that lovely woman as well as Josias! Yall made a painful thing so simple. Thank you so so much!

  Absolutely easy and very reliable to use. I was amazed at how fast their response was and how quickly the driver Jarrette was able to get our car. I can honestly recommend that you use this service. Our car didn’t even start and had been sitting for a year. It took less than 5 minutes to get a quote for my car, and it was picked up in about an hour and a half. They even paid cash on site! Way better than paying someone to tow your car to a junkyard!
