We were in a bind at 5:00pm on a Friday evening with an inoperable car at the intersection of Main St and Northwest Highway in Grapevine ... during the Grapefest festival! It'd be hard to adequately convey the stress level, but we called for help, and help is exactly what we got. Advanced Transport & Towing showed up PROMPTLY with a CLEAN truck and PROFESSIONAL operator. Within just a few minutes, he had our car loaded up and heading to our house, where he offloaded the car directly into the garage. Far and away the best towing experience we've ever had (and there have been a few). They don't show up in a cape, but a professional, courteous operator in a clean truck is perhaps even better.
Leah was quick with getting me the help I needed. I was broken down on 121 during a high traffic time and was very worried about my safety. She got the tow truck there faster than anyone else could. Garrett was the driver and got there quickly and kept me updated on his arrival. He took great care of my vehicle and was very professional and kind. I will definitely use Advanced Transport and Towing again in the future if needed.
For two years now I’ve used Advanced Transport & Towing to deliver and pick up my 675LTS for its annual service. I really couldn’t be more happy with their service. They’re very accommodating with regards to scheduling, very prompt and communicative, and they take care of my car as though it was their own. My Cadillac Escalade electric emergency brake wouldn't retract and I needed the vehicle to be towed to the dealership. It was essentially locked in park and difficult to access given its location. Brandon from Advanced Transport took extreme care in getting the vehicle trailered using equipment without risking any damage to the vehicle or the transmission. I definitely recommend calling Advanced Transport should the need arise.

Had Advanced Transport & Towing pick up my BMW from the body shop and deliver it to my house. The transmission was locked and so the rear wheels wound not turn. I was a bit apprehensive about having it transported since it was in pristine condition after some body work. I'm so glad I called ATT. The care they took was amazing. Nothing scrapped at all on the loading and unloading. I was really impressed with their service. I highly recommend them!

My car crapped out and I needed a tow for a short distance. I didn’t want to pay an arm and a leg to only tow a few miles so I called a lot of places for quotes…like A LOT a lot.
Out of the dozens I spoke to, they stood out immediately! The rep who answered (I believe her name was Leah) was helpful and very easy to talk to. We had connection issues and the call dropped, but she followed up quickly with a text message to make sure I was assisted regardless of signal issues. They tied another company as my lowest quote, and won me over with customer service. They were prompt and so polite! The owner came out to tow my vehicle personally; my time request was a little rushed, and his guys were already working farther out. He was unbelievably nice and the kind of person I want to support and recommend to everyone that I can. It’s hard to find companies that care, and I definitely felt like more than a dollar sign to them…exactly what i needed on a day that my car had stressed me out enough 10/10 recommend!
Best towing service I've used. Owner of the business picked me up and was extremely nice. Once I got my car back from the dealership my window is cracked. Advanced transport provides proof that the dealership was responsible with pictures of the car without a crack.
One of my tires popped on my way to work, which just so happened to be my 6th day at a new job and a day when my husband was out of town for work. I attempted to use the Roadside Assistance through Stellantis and the time frame for picking my car up was just ridiculous. So, I did a Google search, found Advanced Transport & Towing, gave them a call and the young lady on the phone got me taken care of in about a minute. The drivers of the tow truck arrived in no time and even called me while I was waiting with updates as to their location. They took extra precautions with my limited edition vehicle and were incredibly kind and professional.
