Called 7AM for towing and had a towing truck around 7:20. The driver, Cody was very friendly and careful. My vehicle to the nearest shop at 7:45 AM. It was very good experience!

The driver was friendly and helpful. When he arrived at our house with our jeep it was nearly off the flat bed. I get some shifting is going to happen. Then had my husband get in the car to turn the wheel to avoid liability if something went wrong when unloading it. Thankfully it was unloaded without issue. But I would not recommend this company. I have added photos to show what I looked like at pickup equal space on the flat bed. When it arrived just watching it I was concerned for my vehicles safety. And, that to avoid liability making my husband be the one to turn the wheel incase that wouldn’t be enough to correct the drivers error.
Although it was rush hour traffic, on the highway, in the shoulder of the fast lane, and the heat of the day, Devon and Cody were amazing! They loaded my son's motorcycle with care, even picked up the foot peg and what was left of his brake lever, and brought it home for us. As my son was pretty banged up, they even put it right inside the garage for us.
There was a glitch in the system with the receipt so they called the office to have it redone to include the mileage. Amy, at the office, was equally accommodating. Professional, courteous, kind, and reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend and reach out to them for future needs (although I pray we don't have any).
Awesome price, efficient & fast arrival. From Office booking to Devine. I'd really try asking for him. He's got skin in his knowledge of towing; a career professional & genuine hospitality. Seriously thankyou Liomee for stepping in when like 4 services came & wasn't able to. GOD BLESS
Initially the dispatcher was very helpful to get my business. I asked for a quote to tow my vehicle 3.9 miles and was told $133.12. In good faith I paid that before they got to my location and once I got to my location they wanted to charge me an extra $130. I could not pay this and the driver said he couldn't do it. I asked for a refund through the dispatcher who went to the supervisor. They only refunded half of my payment telling me it was part of policy. thanks for making a horrible day worse. Probably the cheapest tow company, gets to you promptly and quick, thank you Paul for getting me off the side of the road on 35, it was super early but he still made it a point to come get me and my car. Great service, great price and communicative staff
Tonight Cody helped me tow my Tesla. It was completely dead, and if you don’t know much about those cars, it’s a huge pain to tow properly if it’s a brick.
Cody got innovative and was reassuring to me throughout the hours he was assisting me. He was on the phone with co workers and Tesla maintenance to make sure everything was done with precision.
I so appreciate his hard work ethic and patience for these quirky cars.

This towing company is excellent. I needed multiple vehicles moved including a car, truck, air stream, RV and a boat. Other companies I called declined the job. I called Liomee and they were very professional, able to get me a fair quote over the phone and sent Devon and Louis out the same day. They moved all vehicles with no problem at all, quickly and with precision. Devon came back out to move these vehicles back to their spaces once our project was completed and I couldn't be happier with his work. We will be using Liomee again if we ever need a towing service in the future. Highly recommend.
This is the best towing company! Amy and Dustin were amazing and made a very stressful situation so much better. They both called and provided updates every step of the way and they were quite quick compared to other towing company’s. Thank you guys again for being amazing and helping my dad!
We had a great experience from the start! We called first thing in the morning and had a great conversation getting our tow set up and then shortly after that we met Paul the driver. Such a nice guy! We will definitely be using Liomee and recommend to anyone that needs a tow.
Highly recommend for Tesla towing. They were the only company we contacted that would attempt to jump start the 12v battery. When that didn’t work, they expertly handled a tricky extraction from our garage. They handled every challenge with skill and professionalism!
Called on a busy Saturday and they got to me faster than anyone else could. Paul was extremely nice and took great care getting my vehicle onto the tow truck. He was even able to unload it in my drive way which was a very tight unload! If I ever need a tow company again I will definitely be using them.
This is the best place ever. The best customer service anyone could ever ask for. Not only are the drivers super friendly but they also have a great mechanic there that can fix your car as well. The owner is excellent and will make sure he will do anything he can to help you. I would not trade him or his crew for anyone else no matter how far I move away from the area. I am appreciative to have met this team.

Devon was amazing on time, very professional and careful with my 1958 Austin Healey. He even pushed it into the garage. Also the lady that I spoke to on the phone booking the appointment was very polite and helpful. I would highly recommend these folks!
I had a car that was in an accident and damaged badly from the wheel, making it undrivable. And for 5 days I was having difficulties with AAA not wanting to get into some grass and tow my damaged vehicle out with minimal damages. I had had enough when we waited 5 hours for a tow truck who told us they could not get the car towed, even after being assured that they could with this truck. So we decided to give Liomee towing a call. And they did nothing less than a phenomenal job helping me get my car out of a grassy field with little to NO extra damages to the wheel. The driver, Dustin, was a great help! Making sure to be very gentle and careful when loading up the vehicle. He was very kinda and helpful throughout the whole process. Communicating eveything with me very carefully and meticulously. The cost was at a fair price, considering the area in which the car needed to get picked up from. I would 100% reccomend this place to anyone that needs a tow truck company who actually cares for your car like it was their own!
I called mid-day on a Saturday and was told the wait was approx 35 min. That in and of itself was a surprise on a Saturday, but I was even more surprised when Paul arrived about 20 min later. He was fast, efficient and had me laughing to his dad jokes on the way to the tire store. He took extra care as he escorted me to the passenger side of his truck to be certain I was safely inside and out of the backed up, 820 traffic before turning his attention to my vehicle. I will absolutely be using Liomee again! Wishing Paul a happy 1 year with the company and many more to come.
I had a sports bike which isn’t easy to load on a flat bed but Thomas made it secure and I felt confident that it would make it to our destination safely. He was safe in transporting it and being professional as well when loading it. It’s never a fun time when you have to call a tow company to haul your vehicle home but thomas was kind and professional and did a stellar job and made it as smooth as possible. 10/10.

When the driver arrived I offered him ice cold bottled water it was so hot that day. The driver was so sweet, polite and kind. He was helpful with our situation with the car getting towed and offered great advice. The price for the tow was reasonable and affordable. Hunter was great! He was able to make it to my destination pretty fast. Very friendly and enjoyed talking to him during the car ride! He even put my car back into my garage because it’s supposed to hail/storm later and I didn’t want my car to get dinged up. Thank you Hunter :)
My car was in an accident Friday 6pm.. insurance company stated a tow will be there in 2 hrs.. well it never showed I left around 1am…. I called a tow company Saturday morning. Hunter came out Saturday morning, in less than an hour and was able to tow my car to my house!!!

Absolutely delightful experience!!! Steve was quick, thorough and safe when transporting my truck to the dealership. The apparatus was clean and very well maintained. I would give more stars if I could and will recommend Liomee to everyone I can.
