They answered the phone immediately. They were able to get a tow truck to me very quickly. The tow truck driver got my truck loaded up and dropped off at my house. The whole thing took about an hour. That seems pretty fast to me all things considered. I also thought the price for the tow was not only fair, but pretty good. The driver was very professional and loaded up my truck quickly and securely. Nothing was damaged in the process. I don't think it could have been that easy. He had to load up a 4 door, long bed, 4X4, F-250 with a large Ranch Hand brush guard.
Car broke down last week and had to get towed. They answered immediately, were there in about 20 minutes, and the guy was very professional. The wheel had completely fallen off of our car (long story), so I mentioned to the guy and he brought a truck with a hook to keep the front wheels off of the ground. They're a local small business and I really appreciated their professionalism. The guy mentioned they could do cash, credit card, cash app, or even Zelle so they had a lot of options for making the payment. Also, he mentioned that he does his best to keep the costs at pre-pandemic levels so they were pretty great compared to other interactions I've had in this town when it comes to having to have a car towed. Just great all around!
I called A&S towing at the last minute, in need of a flat bed towing truck since our vehicle wouldn’t start. They showed up within 30 minutes and had the vehicle on the tow truck before we got there. It was awesome!! Also much cheaper than the first company I called and they couldn’t even tell me if they could make it. So happy with A&S towing and Will was amazing!!! He updated us every step of the way and worked with our crazy schedule.
I used A&S today and Will did a 100% professional job loading my VW on his truck without causing stress to me or my car and locking it down tight for the trip to the repair shop. He was friendly and careful and he explained what he was doing. Best of all, the cost was about HALF of what their biggest 5 star competitor quoted me. Highly recommend them!

Ali was GREAT!!! Recently moved here & my car wouldn’t start after work! Only to find out my Battery Cable was loose! He came within a reasonable time & helped me with my car trouble! Me and my moms day was going pretty bad until we me Ali. He answer my calls like 3 times and answered questions and when I was ready he came quickly within 15 minutes.
When he gets there he looks into the hood of the car and can narrow it down and tell me it’s a 90% chance it’s my fuel pump that is giving me issues especially on a Hot summer day like this it was 105 degrees.

The owner of this place is absolutely amazing , we waited outside for AAA at QT FOR 6 HOURS!!! when they finally got us in contact with this company and he came quick , he showed massive respect to both me and my boyfriend who were both exhausted waiting all night , he had great conversation and made feel safe about how my car was going to be handled since it's low and the flats were both on one side , he was the only driver available and he was focused on helping his customers out , I won't ever use anybody else to tow my car again , A&S Towing has the best worker(s) and customer service I have ever had from a towing service
