I have a classic 1963 Oldsmobile Ninety Eight. It overheated and I didn't want to extend anymore damage. I agreed to wait for a tow, no matter how long it took. They arrived and towed me home taking very good care of my vehicle. I would definitely allow them to tow me again. I'm giving them five stars because I don't think the wait was their fault. I'd like to thank them for their services.

The dispatcher was beyond helpful and knew the entire area. The driver was intelligent, interesting and polite. We discussed a number of subjects and he was a very engaging conversationalist. Given the less than happy situation, the people at Wicked Towing made it as pleasant as anyone could. Thank you all!

The people at Wicked Towing were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. I called after our insurance company's roadside assistance wanted to charge us way too much for a tow that couldn't be there for a couple hours and Wicked was there in 45min for half the cost. I did not get our drivers name but he was very pleasant and I appreciated his attitude and efficiency.

Prompt service for an unusual situation with a camping trailer. The first tow company I called refused to help and they referred me to Wicked Towing stating that they would know what to do and we got what we needed quickly and the driver stayed until he knew we were hooked up and road ready actually fixing another situation with the trailer hitch as well. Great job and very pleasant.

When I called in, the lady who answered the phone was very nice, professional, helped me setup a time for a tow and we laughed about my last name. (Its definitely a long one) she was super friendly and helpful. The driver came and picked up the vehicle, he was great, super friendly and personable as well. When we arrived to the mechanics shop, the driver asked where the shop owner wanted the vehicle to be dropped at, to be respectful of their space as well. I have to say that I would deinitely recommend Wicked Towing to anyone who needs a nice, friendly and professional tow company in the Mansfield/Arlington/Kennedale areas. No complaints from me. Waited over an hour for the driver, then after the job was done they called me to charge me another $100 on top of the $300 I already paid because they didn’t get the mileage right. Buyer beware. Wicked is accurate.

Called wicked towing. Gave location and informed them that I had two dogs. I was told that they would call back in about 5 minutes... 30 minutes later I called back and was informed they were not comfortable dealing with the two dogs. I understood, but asked why I Had not been called back... the answer was “I was busy”. A little frustrating.
