Very rude owners unless you speak their language and praise their god as a greeting. Got mad when I made an offer so I gave it back, and as I walked out they agreed to my price. They told me to never do that. You have to know how to play their games and be willing to walk away.

They gave me the wrong part for my car and wouldn’t give me a refund only store credit. Basically took my money and is holding on to it when they were in the wrong

Drove 2 hours to pick up a hood in a specific color and I confirmed with them 3 separate times before making the drive that the part was at least in “good” condition & they said “excellent”. Once got there to pick up there was a giant dent in the middle of the hood. Make sure they actually go and look at their parts before if your making the drive.

These guys are professional and gave me a good deal on my door glass and loaded it up for me even. I didn't get the "Your a woman increase" like a lot of places! Much appreciates.

Came to see if the had a part and they did but they wanted too much. When I showed him it was cheaper else where he got mad and said well go somewhere else. I said fine I will and called him rude. No customer service concerns here.

This place is an absolute dump. The old guy at the front who owns it is a thief. Literally agreed to sell a stereo for 200. I pay. When stereo is brought out hedemands I pay another 200. I Refuse. Instead of refunding all my money he refuses with $50 for "restocking" and gives me back 150....while I didn't even get out of the store. Kicks me out of his store while calling me a *#$ Nigerian (I'm not). Abhorrently rude. I called the police but on second thought realized it wasn't worth my effort. Daylight robbery. How are these corrupt individuals allowed to operate a business using such poor practices? DON'T go here if you like your sanity. I wish I had read people's reviews before going.

Drove 30 Mins To Get Here Just For Them To Tell Me They Don't Have The Throttle Body. After They Just Told My Wife Over The Phone They Have It And They Even Gave Us A Stock Number For The Part Too. Total Waste Of Time. Won't Do Business With Them Again. 👎

Alex and Mo's will never tell you wrong on their inventory. If they say they got, then it's there. Used them for almost 20 yrs. Hope to use another 20 yrs.

Don't go there! Owner is rude, unprofessional, greedy, ignorant and very disrespectful! I stayed calm there because the other guy was nicer than him, I guess he might be his son! Workers too are unprofessional! They do not know what they are doing! Just do not go there! There is a million professional auto salvage junkyard across the area! Customer service.. ZERO! Service... ZERO! Very rude! This is the first time I face such and attitude from owners or employees since I came to this country! I can't believe how rude the owner was to me! I asked for help his answer was *this man works for me not you, I pay him his Salary!" I just wanted the man who works there to look at my car and see if the accessories would fit because my car was not fixed the right way! Then when I said that it's fine am not buying it then, he said put back where u got it from now! He was loud and rude! He looked at me like he was threatening then he went to the main door and stood there blocking the way! I really felt threatened just because I asked for help! When I said am not buying anything, he said go to the register pay $20 dollars for the bulbs and go! I was shocked and terrified!... Please do not go there! Or be ready to call the police at anytime!!!!

Crazy people You need to work at some McDonald, you don’t know how to do business, I called to make sure you have the part and you confirmed yes we have it and we drove 40 minutes then you said no we don’t have it 🖕🏼

Be really careful with this place, they don't HONOR the prices they give you over the phone, they also have them posted on a website but once you're there they over charge. MUST OF ALL BE CAREFUL with The person (of you can call it that) at the front desk it's ridiculous very rude, this is not a place for business, this is like a hungry caveman trying to trade pebbles for bacon type of experience

One of the few salvage yards that always make me feel comfortable as a women to pick up parts. Very organized with great prices. A very big thank you for helping our shop turn cars so quickly. You have a long time customer here.

The people who are working there they are very rude their customer service is s*** they are just bunch of scammers they would give you wrong part and when you ask them for a Return they would be mad and rude to. You don't go there you would get scammed.

Received great service when I bought a part here. Turned out the wheel I bought was bent. They quickly found me a good wheel and I exchanged it. Great place to do business. Thank you for standing behind your product without excuses.

Drove an hour and a half to pick up a part that they said it was available and showed on the inventory .and the person picked up the phone said I’m gonna set it aside for you. When I got there, they said sorry we don’t have this part.

Worst service. I asked for a price over the phone and Victor wouldn’t give it. He said come visit me. I drive 45 minutes to be given a price that is the same as a new part online. When attempting to deal he says fine but it new. I would have saved a trip if I knew they did business like this. If you are driving more than 5 miles demand a price. Poor customer service, disrespectful, rude, and lack of integrity.

Bold face lied to me about having the correct color door for what I was looking for. I drove 40 mins to buy the door, I called before I came and he told me he had a white door, arrived there and the door was gold, he tried to say I never told him a color. Very disappointed!!!!

They told me on the phone they had the seats I needed and they were in GOOD condition. Drove 1 hour to get there. When I got there they were in really bad shape, torn, and stained. No where near good condition. Won't waste my time with them again.

I just went here to buy a dash grill for my car and a lift support for the trunk. The guy in the front told me for the grill it's $45 and $20 for both lifts totalling $65. .When the grill was the wrong model, he decided to up the price for the trunk lift to $20 a piece. These guys are crooks. I'm NEVER going back. I bought it much cheaper down the street .

The owner/manager is rude, didn't really wanna honor their return/refund policy. I had bought a part and had to bring it back because it was the wrong part exchanged it for a new one which I had to pay extra for and he had the nerve to tell me that even if I have problems with the new part that I couldn't return it no matter what. Mind you he waited till after I made the purchase to tell me this. So rude, I will not be going back.

I was referred there from another salvage yard near my job. The part I needed was half the price of the other places I had been and came in the right color to match my car. No additional paint job will be needed. This saved me almost $1,000. Now my $1,800 estimate will be much less. Way to go company!

The old man seems to be the owner super rude not respact for customers. They make you pull ypur own parts and charge same price. Bad service bad parts.

I am currently at this place of business and they are getting over on me in regards to what I agreed to. They were suppose to replace my driver seat, it's and hour and a half later and they are just now discovering that their seat is broken so they welded my seat without my authorization and is charging me for labor that I didn't authorize. I have learned my lesson but there has to be a law against what has happened. Please don't use this place!!

Came right before they closed because I needed a part for my ac (it was over 100 degrees outside) They pulled the part for me and gave me a fair price. Life savers!

Inquired about buying a used engine for a 98 Mercury Sable, well, they sold me an engine and installed it for 1000 dollars. After the install, test drive I had a check engine light still on. We had a few words as a matter of fact I got a guarantee in writing before I agreed to the work that they would fix issues like that. After a week and the check engine light was still on I called them I took the car back and they fixed the sensor issue that was causing the check engine light. The car is running very well, I think I got a pretty good deal. I was apprehensive about getting the work done when considering the other two reviews. But I know if it had not worked out well I would have posted some scathing comments so they did well so I will do likewise.

Bad people no manners and they charge a lot don’t just trying to help y’all out not get scammed and get disrespected for trying to tell them it’s to much for a 09 part
