This guy has the worst customer service ever. It's like he doesn't care if you buy or not. Called to check about a car part and he said he was not sure if they have it. I asked if he can check. Said no, they are busy, so I have to drive there to check for a part that might not even be there. Very rude.... Don't go here.
BAD FOR BUSINESS! I called inquiring about an engine! Which the 1st time THEY GAVE ME A GIOD PRICE! SO I TOLD MY MECHANIC AND HE WENT TO CALL AMD SUDDENLY THE PRICE CHANGED! I called a month later see if any was in stock! He gave me 2 kinds for my car! I asked him could he send me the information as far as miles and price and stated to juss go look at the webpage! SAVE UR MONEY THEY DONT CARE THEY MONEY HUNGRY
Where do I start?!! First and foremost they are extremely unprofessional! I walked in and had to look for assistance! When I finally found the guy he act as if he didn’t want to help me at all.I needed parts for my car and I had questions regarding the parts. He was making faces at the questions I was asking as if I was asking too much! I felt extremely uncomfortable with my experience here overall. NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE FRIENDLY! DO NOT SHOP HERE
owner is very rude and there is so such thing as customer service. high prices and they tell you something is available when it isnt. they sell broken parts as well and wont warranty them. buyer beware this seller is bad business.
I call early and get a price for some parts. For my transit connect prices sound fair, so I drove one hour to get to the place, I guy show me the parts fender in the yard has a little dent I said ok so for my surprise at the time to pay price went up from what I was quote over the phone I was planning to buy a head light front bumper and fender arround $1800 in parts but due a dishonesty I just buy one part which was about $80.00 more than the original price and just get it because I was already there the guy at the front desk try to justify the price change saying that the price a quote over the phone was for a damage part???? Who want to buy a damaged part??? It is lots of salvage yard arround this place with better prices and honest people
I bought a 2005 Acura TL transmission from here the store number on the transmission is 1142 my mechanic put it in only to find out that the transmission was defective and did not work I returned the transmission because they said I could get another one or get a refund they did not have another one so I was offered half store credit and half the money back I declined they kept the transmission and my money I’ve filed a claim with the BBB
another part store who had the parts I needed told me that this place had them in stock and cheaper. Upon arrival the guy at the counter was helping complete another transaction while helping me. he knew what I needed, took about 15min to get my part im guessing off the car directly but that's was fine with me. The used parts was in fair condition and after install it solved the problem I had with the old struts. Mind you I called to a lot of other places who didn't have it only older models. thanks again and I will be back and recommend this place.
People here were very helpful and nice to me and they seemed very eager to help me out. Most of the car parts i was looking for were available and i’m for sure coming back here for more.
