This was a very difficult time for me. They were kind and responsive. They were very detailed. I initially spoke with Ghizlane and then probably about 7 others for followup. The company that came to pick up my car was efficient and no bait and switch. Exchanged the check for the car and title. I appreciate getting this behind me. Also, only a couple days from start to finish.
I sold them my vehicle and it was a terrible experience for me. There are too many people involved in this process and they did not follow through on what we agreed and ended up costing me time and money to get the money that they owed. Do not recommend.

I worked with Joshua Nevore. He was helpful and patient with my questions and skepticism. I originally had to get my car towed to a dealership and hoped for a quick fix. Only thing that wasn’t pleasant about my experience was that I asked for my car to be picked up between 8am-12pm because I don’t live in the town my car was in. I traveled over 3 hours. I was told that was possible but instead waited until after 2pm for my car to be picked up. The tow truck driver was professional and I received the check on the spot when my car once he verified my title.
