Called in for a tow on a express way, said 35min after an hour I called back for an eta. Then said 35min again and I said why was he not here 30 min ago and now at 1.5hr on an emergency tow. He then abruptly hung up the phone on me while I’m on the side of the road half an hour past the eta. Disgraceful disgusting business service
Very unprofessional and rude. I called to get a quote, and when I politely said, “Thanks for the quote, but I’m going to call around before deciding,” the man on the phone immediately hung up on me. There was no courtesy, no professionalism—just a clear message that they care more about making a quick buck than treating people with basic respect. I felt like I was seen as just a dollar sign, not a human being. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for decent customer service.
Called them to have my nephew's car towed to a shop. The price and customer service were amazing. The driver was there within an hour and was very professional! Will recommend to anyone whoever needs a tow!
Awesome jobs I left the car at 8 to 9 months ago in the back of a business to get the transmission fixed they never fixed it and now the tires were flat so they had to are the tires up and push it around to the front of the building exhausting work with the job got done. Thank you awesome work.
I was told less than 30 min, my car was 11 min away. Person that answered the phone was very rude. It took the guy 1:13 min to arrive, He drive crazy and actually almost hit me. I was very visible for 4 miles away because I was the only car and the police had his lights on. Never using this guy's again!

I called 10-4 towing when my vehicle broke down about 30 miles from town they were friendly and had my vehicle towed to my mechanic within a hour and a half very fast and reliable I highly recommend them for any one with towing needs
They were really fast about getting out to the location of the vehicle and once they brought it home the driver was helpful he had a jump box to help start it to drive it off into the desire spot

WILL TOW YOUR CAR EVEN IF YOUR REGISTERED. I have been at my apartment for THREE YEARS and just in the past 3 months they've towed my car TWICE ($300 each! It's literally Christmas.) even tho my car is registered in my apartment profile. And then when I called, extremely extremely rude. Almost like she thought it was funny. Literally told me she saw my car registered on my profile. Seems like they'll tow anyone just for the money. Doesn't matter what paperwork you do.
Terrible communication from staff…was quoted a price and told it would take 45min-hr….. ended up waiting 2hrs for the tow AND they doubled the price upon completion of the tow……and when I raised an eyebrow to the situation they then told me they’d take my car to the impound lot, pay impound and then have to get it towed back to the shop smh….
“10-4” is supposed to mean understanding between the 2 parties Smdh
