I needed to have my daughter’s car towed locally. JG Towing was recommended to me. I gave them a call and a real person answered, not a machine. He was able to meet me at my daughter’s apartment for pickup. We had to push it out of the parking space into the driveway. He got it loaded up very quickly and was off. Paid him conveniently through Zelle and couldn’t be happier with his service, promptness, and overall hospitality. Will definitely give them a call if I ever need another tow. I will also refer them to anyone asking for a towing company.

I recently had to use JG Towing after my car broke down unexpectedly. I was honestly a bit stressed out, but they made the whole process a lot easier. When I called, the operator was really friendly and reassuring, which helped calm my nerves. They estimated a quick arrival time, and sure enough, the tow truck showed up right on schedule.
The driver was professional and clearly knew what he was doing. He handled my car with care and made sure it was securely loaded onto the truck. I appreciated that he took a moment to explain everything he was doing, which gave me confidence that my vehicle was in good hands.

If I could give this man 100 stars I would. My car broke down coming home from work and I needed help ASAP. He was extremely respectful and responsive. He was able to get my car over during busy rush hour in a timely manner. Under the circumstances I was facing he made this as less strenuous on me as possible. His overall demeanor was one of a good hearted family man. He definitely gained a client today and I will be referring him here on out.

James is great! His response time was the superb. Whenever I need a tow, I will definitely call him first. His service is top notch. He came through for me twice in the last two weeks. I will definitely recommend him to anyone that needs a tow.
Yesterday was Easter 4/20/2025
I was on my way home and in the middle of the toll road my car died. NTE , Texas free Roadside assistance (calling the phone number on the back of my drivers license for those who don’t know)due to policy no rides or tows, only gas and a jump if needed for a battery, left me there. I called several tow companies and just when I wanted to give up I called JG Towing. Not only did he pick up (on a holiday) immediately, he came sooner to me than the original estimated time given for arrival. He hooked my car up in less than 7 or 8 minutes. We had great conversations about the LORD and how good God is and he took care of me and was SUPER Awesome and friendly! Totally recommended for towing and he is willing to beat competitors prices as long as it’s within guidelines. Thank You James and totally recommend

James is a life saver. I popped my tire and I needed my car towed back to my place. He was super friendly and made the whole situation less stressful. Definitely will use again the next time I’m in a pickle.
I called James with an emergency flat tire this morning (4/1). He was honest, and said it would be a couple of hours before he could get to me. He recommended another shop if I needed someone quicker. I thought due to his honesty and wanting to earn my business, I said I was fine with the timeframe, and asked if he could fix it.
James not only showed up an hour earlier than what he said, but had all the proper tools (custom wheels) to remove my flat, and change my tire within 5-6 min. I was more than impressed with his professionalism, willingness to help, and availability.
I would recommend Jason 10 out of 10 times if you are in a bind. Thank you again, James!
James came out and saved me twice! Once back at the beginning of March and again yesterday. The first time, James picked my car up from a parking lot. And the second, James picked up my car from off the highway. His communication is quick and frequent. He is a very kind and helpful man. He picked up my car both times within 1-2 hours and the trips are very reasonably priced. JG Towing is a service I trust and highly recommend!
The company did a great job coming here on time! They made sure that my car can get to the destination I asked for! It did cost me $150 for a 6min drive from home to repair shop, but it was still a reasonable price!

Very outstanding service. Needed my car towed to the dealership right away as i was very busy with other things. He came within 30 minutes loaded the car up and off to the dealership with it. He even tried to get the car started to make sure I didn't miss anything. Awesome guy. Had some project cars towed over the years and none of them came close to the professionalism JG showed. Awesome guy. He's now my tow guy!
I am very excited to express my thanks to JG Towing. I got a flat tire today due bad judgement in my driving. I did not know of anyone to call so I prayed and went to the internet. James followed up with me when he said he would and showed up to rescue my Jeep when other service providers would not. He worked tirelessly to get my Jeep out of the mud I buried it in. Made sure I made it out of the area safely and lead me to a car wash so that I could knock off some of the mud and drive home. He even had his son bring me Gatorade after we were out there for so long!
