I recently had the pleasure of using Milner Wrecker Service, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The dispatch woman, whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The tow driver, Dalton, was equally impressive—friendly, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend Milner Wrecker Service to everyone in need of reliable and top-notch assistance!
I asked these guys to tow a trailer for my company on a Monday afternoon and they kept pushing it back until I finally gave up on them ever getting it towed 3 days later. Extremely disappointed in the customer service here. I was offered no solution other than "hopefully one of our trucks will free up here in the next couple of hours" for 3 days straight. I was using this company because they were recommended by a customer of mine, but will never ever offer them a job again.
This company is a scam.
They tow cars 24/7 but said that they release the cars Monday - Friday. If a company is open 24/7, they by law have to release cars 24/7 as well.
When we called on Friday night (after 2 hour it had been towed) they said they won’t release our car till Monday. When we said it’s against the law, they said that’s what their boss told them to do. We insisted and said we won’t leave till we don’t get our car back. We took all the videos of them telling us that they want to release the car. And finally in about 1015 minutes they called us back and said that they’re sending someone to help us out.
Basically, they make extra cash on people who don’t know the law. Very unfair business.

Straight trash didint even pick up my vehical till 6hrs after I was quoted. Put me day behind on work. They should have just said they didn't have time to do it and I could have called someone else not to mention having my truck full of tools sitting out in front of someone's house all day
Called them about a tow after my son's wreck. Knowing the car was a total loss they gave me the number to an organization that would buy it from me saving me a tow and storage fees. I can not thank them enough for being honest and not just jumping on the chance to get a tow fee out of me. Thank you and if I need a tow truck in the future I will call you first.
This is a service that no one wants to use, but the people at Milner are all courteous and professional. They are one of the few towing companies that I will let touch my vehicles.
Your driver was going about 85 in a 75 on President George Bush last night, and then on 183 Freeway your driver was going about 80 or still 85 in a 70, and your driver also was tail gateing someone in the left, and your driver also flashed his bright lights at my dad to blind him while driving; you need teach your driver to drive respectfully and not like he owns the road..
Eric was fantastic! I got into an accident and my car needed to be towed away. He showed up very quickly, gave me all the info I needed. He went above and beyond anything I expected. Great asset to the company! Highly recommended!!
Had to have my truck towed into Fort worth the damaged my truck charged me different from what I was quoted do not use rip off rude and not what you would expect from a good towing company
Careful with their drivers, they are reckless, speeding, cutting in and riding back bumpers. I know they are a wrecker company, but they are an accident waiting to happen!

Wow! Such professional and nice guys. The driver, Eric, and the dispatcher could not have been nicer. They sent the tow truck out within 25 minutes. They were helpful and all around great guys. I highly recommend Milner!
These guys have to be the most corrupt towing service I’ve ever experienced. We spoke with them in regards to a truck we had stored there. They tell us that there was no balance owed. We set up a tow to move the truck and then all of a sudden bc we’re not using their services they want to magically come up with a $2500 price tag all of a sudden owed last week. Today however they’re now saying we owe $3100. Somehow the amount magically increased $600.
Don’t do business with them. They’re crooks out to get you.
Entire staff was friendly with prompt customer service. From the drivers to the dispatchers/office personnel this is by far the best experience I've had with a towing/wrecker company.
The fella that was dispatcher the afternoon I called about retrieving my property from Matruk was very curtious & handled his business as it should be! He gave me plenty of time to gather my things & say good-bye to a damn good truck after being totalled by an idiot that pulled out in front of me then fled the scene at Lancaster & Cooks ln! So IF anyone reading this sees a Blue 80 to 85 Ford E-100 Econoline Van with the passengers side shoved in to the frame get the plate # & call Detective Collins Ft. Worth Police Dept I would greatly appreciate you doing the right thing in these times of so many wrongs!!
Cam was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me get my car back after it had been towed. He answered multiple questions for me and even called me back with information he had missed giving me. My experience with this company was postive!
Stay away from Toemater wrecker service I watched one of their heavy duty wreckers deliver a truck to Ryder in Houston their professional driver damaged the bumper going into the lot and didn't even tell anyone I wouldn't let them tow my big wheel bunch of
