Matthew went above and beyond with the price break down and description of the service. In addition, the service was prompt, great quality, and the communication was top tier. I am happy to say that Firestone has a new proud costumer and I will definitely come back here to get amazing work done by the pros!
I went to get a tire with a nail in it patched. They lifted my hood of my car without telling me, and I didn’t ask for them to do any of that. They also tried to sell me a tire that was not the same as the one I had on my car and it was $150 more ….the service from the guys at the desk was friendly, but trying to overcharge people in today’s society is awful, dishonest, and just plain wrong. I will not be going back.
The team at this location always go above and beyond. During my most recent visit, Josef took extra time to explain an issue with my car that impacted the alignment. He is a terrific technician who cares about his customers!
I use Firestone for the routine maintenance task that I don’t want to DIY. Danny and the team are great. Superb communication. If you have an appointment they get you in and out quick. They also don’t try and upsell you which I appreciate. Go see Danny at Firestone and they will take care of you.

Fixed my tire and wheel problem on a blowout on Hwy 114. They guided me to get right size wheel and tire. Previous owner had a wrong AMG wheel and tire.
Theres no place I would take my car other than Firestone! The Technicians that work there really put forth the extra effort to ensure that any concerns or needs are met and then some!
The gentleman up front was helpful in regards to pricing with tires, and other services. Matthew was very helpful today, and I'll definitely be coming back, 9/10 times the experience in an auto shop isn't like the one you get here!
I reached out to Firestone because I had something loose on the bottom of my car. They told me I could bring it in and they could check it. They fixed it up and did not require me to pay. Great service.
The manager Danny was super helpful and I am so grateful for his help. We are from out of town and I needed a tire replaced shortly before closing time. He went out of his way to find us one in the area, was very accommodating while we waited and was very friendly. I had total peace of mind going home knowing I was safer thanks to him.
Mr Danny, was so so helpful. Me and my mom had a flat tire right before they closed and danny still took us in to help us, one of his employees went 30 minutes to another store to get the right tire for us. Absolutely amazing service! Thank you Mr Danny!!!

I had a purge valve changed in my car here and it was placed improperly. After driving away, within a couple minutes, the valve completely dislodged itself and almost resulted in serious damage to my engine. Although, I came right back to this location and they promptly fixed it. I am disappointed I never received any sort of compensation for this or my time.
I brought my Jeep Wrangler into the Firestone in Grapevine and couldn’t be happier with the service. The team did a perfect job, the Jeep drives smoother than it has in a long time, you can really tell they take pride in doing things right. Everyone I talked to was friendly, professional, and efficient. Prices are incredible, and they got everything done quickly. Highly recommend this location if you want your vehicle taken care of by people who actually care about the details.
Danny and his team were great! Got me in and out as promised and didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed. They earned my trust by showing me what they recommended and explained why they recommended it!
Manager was very polite and patient with us after having an emergency tire situation Saturday evening just before close. They didn't have the tire in stock but they were able to order it for the next day and change it on Sunday. They added a new battery for the air pressure sensor without additional cost or even asking. They also refilled the washer fluid without asking. Cost less than $150 to order and change tire. Much more reasonable price compared to other places. They were very friendly and polite which helped the situation immensely. Very satisfied all around with this Firestone location.
Josiah from this location was unempathetic, rude, told me to go-to another location, didn't want to tell me what other locations were close, and went out if his way to be snarky and short. And he was smirking about it. I'm not sure what kind of business would hire such a person but don't expect to treat people like that and expect to be able to build a reputable brand. Do better. Until then I will no longer goto any other Firestone and nor will I bring my company cars there anymore.
After investing a significant amount in recent repairs to my vehicle, I took it on the freeway this afternoon and evening. Unfortunately, the car is still experiencing noticeable shaking. Additionally, despite having an alignment performed, the vehicle is now pulling significantly to the left—an issue that was not present before the service.This has been a disappointing and frustrating experience, and I would appreciate a prompt review and resolution.
I was traveling and I had an issue with my car. The staff was so friendly and patient with me as I had a meltdown in there office. They where able to assist me and fix the problem so that I could get back To my trip. What a relief. They checked on me multiple times and made me aware of the situation with my car. I was so, so blessed to have come across them. I would recommend them to anyone if they are in the area.
We came in with a leaking valve stem. One customer in front of us. I was asked , if I was leaving the car, not for a flat. It took three hours for us to get our tire fixed. I understand if I was doing brake job or AC service but it is just a flat tire. There should be a mechanic for quick drop in jobs. If the place was packed with people I would also understand. There is no rush from the attendants to assist or to get the paper work complete. Very disappointed with a company that is named Firestone a tire brand that takes three hours to fix a flat.
Great Firestone and shop just in general. Danny is a stand up guy and will be authentic with what you really need and why. He’s not scared of any questions you might have. Don’t put pressure on you and will even help (like in my case) when other shops mess up your vehicle or do things incorrectly. We are moving further away and will still take any vehicle to Danny and his team. Don’t hesitate to choose this place over others
Took my car in to replace the rotors and brakes. My brakes have been overheating since I picked it up and they didn’t attach the bottom covering of my vehicle. I would have turned around immediately because I noticed the dragging noise when I was half way home but by the time it dropped they were already closed, as I had picked it up right before the closing time. I have since taken it up there twice and they said they fixed underneath but it continues to fall. I have also been told that they were going to order new brakes and will receive a call to bring it back in because the mechanic was nauseous that day. It’s been over a week and still no call. I followed up today and learned that they never ordered new brakes and suggested I bring it in for yet ANOTHER inspection. Squeezing breaks, I can put up with…but I can’t drive my car because the bottom is completely dragging on the ground. I’m beyond frustrated and wish I would have never come here.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE! Danny accepted my vehicle when it was towed in from the DFW Airport. He contacted me immediately and was able to access the problem by that late afternoon/early evening. The repairs (water pump) were completed and a new set of tires I purchased were installed all in less than 24 hours of the breakdown!!!
