An outstanding company! They are truly experts at what they do. They quickly picked up our junk car and paid us on the spot. They took care of title transfer and any other forms required. The driver was very friendly and professional. We highly recommend junk car girls!
It says that they are in Grapevine but after going to the address it turned out to be an apartment complex. When I called they said they only had locations in Mesquite and Fort Worth. Bad business practice, wasted our time, wouldn't recommend using this company.
From the first contact on the phone to the scheduled pick up date and actual pick up I've felt very comfortable. Everyone was professional and most kind. Great customer service from the beginning of the process all the way to vehicle pick up. I didn't have a title for my vehicle but we were able to go through a process for that. Everyone was professional and courteous, and I highly recommend them.

Five stars all around, this company was so amazing, And the driver Theron was so awesome! This was definitely a hard job to do as the vehicle was really bad, he took the situation by storm, and made sure he got the job done! Even though it was a lot of trouble, He was still so kind through all of it! I can't say enough just how thankful I am for his help!
My mom's RV burned down with everything she owned inside of it at the beginning of this month, It has been an absolutely terrible roller coaster trying to get everything situated. The lady's here were so kind and patient with me while I figured it all out. I learned very quickly during this how terrible people can be, regardless of how tragic the situation. The ladies here and Theron were some of the only people that showed me kindness during all of this, if you're looking for someone to take ur car, call them.
