Bad driving, running red lights, weaving through traffic, cannot maintain his lane, cutting people off and driving 20 over the limit. I thought wreckers were supposed to clean up after accidents, not cause them. Driver had gray hair, should be old enough to know better!

Would leave them a 0 if i could. The driver came to my home and looked at where the car was and said im not going to do that because you have an expensive car and i dont want to drag it. When i asked them about the snatch truck he quotes "they are broken" and laughed at said maybe in the shop lol. He basically was saying company only has 1 and its just for show. Call B&B for your towing. Way better company and way better service. Cardinal Sucks.

The towing company & its staff is rude and incompetent. Not only did they come unprepared and did not tow my vehicle, the drivers are scared to do their job, and the service provided was lowest of the low. After requesting a refund for the deposit I made, they said they can only give me 1/2 back because they have to cover their cost. That’s a joke. They probably use that excuse a lot to make money. Should have seen the previous reviews before calling & using them. I do not recommend this place. If there was a zero option- it would go to them!

This towing company towed our car off of the public road. A car which is moved several times a week! They have signs posted saying they will release cars 24/7 with a one hour notice, but they won't answer the phone! No one is present at the tow lot either. This is theft at this point.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The phone thug was very rude, combative, confrontational, and belligerent. I asked to speak to the managers she told me they are not in. I asked do you know what time they usually get in….she said all times and could be any time. Fine, I asked is there someone else I could talk to then she asked, “What’s your name!! I asked what was her name… which she did not give…. She stated yelling and I said ma’am why are you yelling. She continued to yell over me and then hung up. I called back she yelled answer the phone and yelled again and hung up on me again. I called she picked up and just hung up. I sent an email trying to find a manager but I am sure she checks the emails as well. I am not sure how they money because the reviews are bad and this has to be someone’s relatives answering the phone because they way she treats customers she would not have a job. I only wanted to send them the title to my car. However, the verbally abusive phone gate keeper makes impossible to get to the people who make decisions. Good luck getting what you need from them. I am not sure if I will ever be able to send the title and I would never recommend these people for business. I never called everyday….I never asked for any owner….As a matter of fact I never even called from my phone. I did not need dispatch. I asked for a manager. Clearly you have me confused with the wrong person. You are lying about having me on record and literally you are confused or you got me mixed up. I never called anyone names on the phone because your staff or your mother or aunt… whoever answered the phone was yelling over me so there was nothing for me to say before she hung up in my face. Get your facts straight!!! My response to their feedback to my first response. I am standing on business!!! People please runnnnn!! So they responded to my first review and called me a liar. I have no reason to lie. I was trying to do business and I don’t even live in that state. I did not call all week and let’s be clear. I never told the woman who answered the phone my name or why I was calling so now who is lying. I am going to report this company to the BBB because even your response only prove my point of your lack of professionalism and the disrespect. Your tone as speaker for a business is not good but you can even see that. I called yesterday only and then I tried today but it more of the same. IF YOU LIKE BEING TREATED LIKE TRASH…. GGO TO THESE GUYS. I am almost certain that belligerent woman that yelled on the phone is the one responding to this review and I am sure she is the one that took my email and did not respond. Just look at the poor costumer feed back….. Not a good look. Also, I did not ask for the owner! I asked for the manager or the general manager or whoever makes decisions. The woman said it was her… so I guess she is the owner if that is who you said I talked to. I was calling for help but you all just look for yourself if you called for help is this how you would want to be spoken to. Not a good look for a company to respond like this in such a public place. Can you imagine how the gate phone keeper spoke when no one was around. Maybe this is the mother and this why she can work at this place and keep her job and still yell at customers and hang up the phone. Again I don’t know these people and I was trying to problem solve with my car title. Which is still a problem. Notice they reach out call me a liar but not to help me with my issue. Great service. Send your mom home she is causing you all to lose money and give bad reviews. Mom if you are going to respond to this second post be professional and stop making the family business look bad. Showing retaliation to customer who give their honest opinion is never good. You guys attack everyone who says anything negative. Again it speaks to the character of the people working there. Smh

My vehicle was parked in the parking lot on private property. I was parked adjacent to a marked fire lane (not tow away zone) but had received permission from management to park my truck and trailer there while I awaited for the parking lot to clear. I went upstairs to my room to deposit my things and wait for the parking lot to clear of obstruction so I could park elsewhere. During that time, a tow was initiated by the tow truck driver, not at the request of the hotel, which granted me permission and not at the request of any city official police department or fire department. After contacting the tow truck service, the dispatcher was very rude and hung up several times. Subsequent phone calls were not answered from multiple individuals, including hotel management, and law-enforcement. We then went to the location of the impound facility, which is clearly marked Vehicle Storage Facility. Signage required to by law posted clearly stated vehicles release 24 hours a day with one hour notice. However, we could get nobody to answer the phone or respond to the location. I have several concerns with this incident, the first of which is the obviously illegal, towing and impoundment of the vehicle trailer and tractor carried on it. Concern number two is the fact that they will not answer the phone nor respond to the facility as required of a VSF of their nature. Concern number three Is the absolute lack of professional, courtesy, exhibited by the staff that answers the phone or in this case refuses to answer the phone after the first call. I have already filed a complaint electronically with the TDLR regarding the tow truck facility and the permitted VSF and will be contacting in person today. Businesses like this, that operate outside the normal bounds of professional conduct, or the codes : laws and regulations that mandate how they should be run cannot be tolerated. Businesses like this, give all the rest of similar nature, bad names. There is no telling how many times this company has illegally towed vehicles, and collected fees that they were not lawfully, entitled to. I have every intention of falling this complaint through both civilly and criminally And holding these individuals accountable on all levels.

Dispatcher is incompetent and dismissive. Tow driver disregards police officers instructions and car owners request. Then my car is not even at the location address on website. Dispatcher lied saying it was dropped off but doesn’t want to give location. Sat at the tow yard for over 2 hours waiting. Stole my car. Trust I have police handling this matter. Hell if I can rate this company a zero star I would. Whom ever rated this place a 5 star is a joke and a liar just like the dispatcher. **Update just picked up my car from them which was less the 12 hours of time lapse but these scammers charged me for 2 days storage. They towed my car from the accident site at 3:14 pm on Nov 1st made it to the tow yard at 3:34pm completed paperwork at 5:38 pm according to the itemized paperwork. I picked up the car today Nov 2nd released at 2:54pm. So make it make sense on how is that 2 days storage. Cardinal to is a big joke and the dispatcher Angel is lair they seen a payout and ran with it. Avoid them if you can.**
