Kyle Barton showed up on scene to assist BFD on an accident during 5 o clock traffic. He was quick precise and was absolutely representing B&B in a very positive way. This guy needs a raise.
I called 3 places for an emergency tow on Saturday evening. All quoted *hours* to respond. Euless B&B responded in 15 minutes! Price was reasonable. Kyle Martin, the tow driver, was fast, competent and cheerful! Would definitely use him and Euless B&B again.

I had the best servicemen ever. He was thorough, took his time, polite. I could have been on the busiest highway or in the middle of nowhere, and he would have come to help regardless.
Kyle was courteous and skillful when our car wouldn’t start while we were out shopping. He offered me to sit in the air conditioned cab on a very hot day while he did all the work. He skillfully loaded our car on the wrecker and got us safely to the garage.
As always, B&B came through in a crisis. Fast as lightening and professional. I’ve yet to be disappointed in 6 years of using them when something happens and wrecker is needed. They never let me down. 10/10 recommend these guys!

My driver was Kyle Martin. He was a pleasure to deal with. I had already been waiting for AAA for over an hour when the police officer called B&B and they got there in under 15 minutes! He was fast loading my vehicle and let me know what was happening every step of the way. I really appreciate his professionalism and his kindness toward me. Thank you for the old-fashioned customer service we so often do not get these days!
Jonathan with B&B is a true professional. I used Euless B&B twice to move a couple of classics and Jonathan happened to randomly show up and did an amazing job taking care of my trucks. I highly recommend them for all your towing needs.
Not often have i found myself in good spirits after needing wrecker service. Today, though, Kyle @ Euless B&B Wrecker Service didn't show up just to do a job, he came with a servant's heart, helped me get back to a good automotive state, and (like a newfound friend) stayed with me until my car was checked in at the dealer. I'm grateful for companies like this that live up to the "service" in their name. Their business card is on the fridge!
I observed on of his drivers driving careless and c reckless on morning. He almost caused a accident if the other vehicle hadn't been paying attention. I could have been serious for the other vehicle. A call to the company were never returned. So I can only conclude. That it wasn't important. I know when your vehicle breaks down its a bad situation. But I don't think I would want to have them tow my vehicle. I might get it bad more damaged than before I called there service. On top of that they would probably deny any responsibility for any damage
Veh broke down. Called for wrecker to tow vehicle to repair shop. Wrecker arrived quickly. Dispatcher called back to advise on driver arrival time. Driver was polite and knowledgeable. Towed low ground clearance vehicle without any damage. Was careful and took extra safety precautions. Did a great job.
Our experience with Euless B&B Wrecker was outstanding from the initial contact with the dispatcher to the friendly driver who showed up to load our car. They were all extremely professional in all aspects and very responsive getting to us quickly during afternoon rush hour. They even took the car up the road and dropped it at the doorstep of our preferred auto shop. I can't recommend Euless B&B Wrecker highly enough if you ever find yourself in need of a tow.
Dispatch was friendly and helpful. The Driver was also friendly and very efficient. I’ve used several tow companies and B&B was definitely better than most. Quick, efficient and friendly. You can’t ask for more than that.
7/19 I called because my drivers truck was stuck and needed to be pulled a foot forward out of a pot hole I was advised by dispatch it would be $350 an hour 2 hour minimum from the time the driver left until he arrived back at their yard.
When their driver arrived at 6pm they got my driver unstuck successfully until their driver Josh as you can see in the pictures got stuck in the yard my driver was in and they continued to charge hourly while their driver was stuck after we provided a telehandler to help get tow truck unstuck and he still charged $1430.00 for 3 hours charged $250 to use his chains that’s insane! I will be calling a manger Monday morning
I left the car for about 30 minutes to check into a hotel because I had my dog in The sweltering heat, and by that time it had already Been towed. When I called, they did not even have the vehicle yet because that’s how quick I came back to check on the vehicle. Now I’m told to pay $279 for them to take the car literally a half a mile down the road and knowing That I had contacted them before they even had a vehicle at their lot. I think it is highway robbery. It is irresponsible, price gouging and places a financial hardship on individuals for the purpose of greed. There is no reason for them to charge that amount for a car that they did not even have in their possession when I called and it literally is within walking distance. In my opinion, since they are the cities towing service, there should be a maximum amount that they should be able to charge people Especially when they are immediately contacted about the car. I could understand if it was abandoned on the side of the road which by the way you see cars abandoned on the side of the road that for days and days, But not mine no it was gone in 30 minutes. What a sham
Car was taken in, in an accident that happened in Hurst, the upfront desk woman was really nice, and the gentleman who helped us to our car was really nice. They seemed like good people, and made a rough experience a little easier for us. We thank y'all.
I’m very impressed with B &B. I had car trouble and the driver was able to start the car so I could get to the garage. He was very nice snd knowledgeable. I will definitely use B &B again.
We had our truck towed to Euless B&B. We have never had a vehicle totaled before and had no idea how to proceed. These ladies: Kim, Debbie, and Billie Jean helped us. After making 4 trips out there, Kim was so supportive and guided us on how to proceed and told us we had choices we could make. After making our decision to have the truck towed home to sell to a salvage company, she called us to let us know our tow truck hadn't arrived yet. I was able to tell her it was 4 minutes away. She was glad and said she would take care of everything on her end. We feel like we had dealt with friends after everything was finalized. If we ever need this service again, B&B will be our first choice.
This place did what we now know is an illegal tow on my mate's car. They also lied about the time they picked it up to "pack" the number of days they pretend to have the car in storage. They lied about who called them (no one called them). They used threats and pressure over the phone. They violated state and local laws comfortably, probably because most customers cannot afford to fight back. Just a thought but if they do this to anyone who can afford it might be a good idea to hire a DFW-area attorney to fight them

B&B was fast and didn’t need me or the keys to tow my truck. They also parked the truck exactly where I wanted it left. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

My call to Euless B&B Wrecker was answered quickly. Within seconds of them answering the call they determined that I needed the Heavy Haul division, and I was transferred to that division.
(Amy???) in Heavy Haul understood my issue (Broken Axle, 40’ Gooseneck RV) and started making arrangement for my tow. A few text messages and pictures of the damage, and the tow was scheduled.
The tow driver, Zach, arrived on time and immediately started assessing the situation. Zach secured the broken axle and hooked up the RV to his Heavy Haul Wrecker. Zach discussed the route to the repair shop and agreed that this would be a slow speed pull to the repair shop as ALL the weight of the Two Axle RV was no being supported by One Axle.
The RV was delivered to the repair shop safely. Zach contacted the repair shop to coordinate the correct location to drop the RV for repair.
Everyone that I communicated with at Euless B&B Wrecker was polite and willing to help. While I hope that I never need their services again, I have saved their contact info in my phone, and they will be the first Wrecker Service I call, if needed.

Pretty big wrecker service,went there to pickup one of our truck & reefer that got stored due to a breakdown of one of our drivers from our Co. MBR. LLC, the people there were very nice ,great service.
