I broke down in the middle of the road called several companies wells was the only one that answered. They dispatched a wrecker to my location right away. The driver was curious and friendly ,had me at the auto shop in no time at all. Given today's rising costs. I believe it was a very fair price. Because of their quick response the shop had me back on the road in less than an hour after my arrival. Thank you Wells.

As unfortunate as it is to have to call a wrecker when ya car breaks down they guy that wells sent out was great he helped me try and get the car started and figure out a point of failure before he even started loading the car. Price seemed a little steep for a mile and a half towing distance but I'd assume 125 is there minimum
I was on the phone with the office staff at 7:30AM and had the broken down car in my driveway by 8:30AM. Everyone I spoke to was so kind; it was greatly appreciated during such a stressful situation. I highly recommend Wells Wrecker Services.
Very reliable towing service, called them at 2am to get my car that broke down in lake worth. The guy swung around and picked me up at my house and we went and got my car. My clutch stopped working and I had no hydraulic fluid in my car to fill up the reservoir. It was fairly cheap to be Easter. Would recommend this towing service for anyone around azle. They are good to azle residents. Thank you very much for taking my call and delivering like promised.
I hardly ever make reviews and I had to today! The gentleman that helped me tonight was very very kind and was at my location in just a few minutes! I got a blow out on my car in the middle of nowhere at 1 in the morning and was pretty scared as it’s just myself and my 1 year old daughter traveling solo to get back home and the gentleman that helped made me feel very comfortable and took my car to a tire shop and then found me a safe space to stay. This if my first experience with a tow company and it did not disappoint. I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are in a crunch! Thank you so so much for your help!!
I called Wells Wrecker Service for a tow because I was stuck in the drive through at Chicken Express. The driver was there in minutes, knew what had happened to my vehicle, was able to get my vehicle to move and even suggested a repair shop. When I had to call him back because that repair shop was closed he helped me again. He was so kind, courteous and helpful. I will definitely use Wells Wrecker Service for any of my towing needs. What an awesome employee they have!
Awesome people. Got fed up after waiting 2-1/2 hours for Triple A to assist. Called and gentleman on phone was so nice and helpful. Had a tow truck out in 20 minutes. Operator was efficient and courteous. Definitely recommend these people if you need assistance!
Locked keys in car with it running 6AM in the morning these guys were a lifesaver. Very helpful responsive when no one else would call back after leaving messages on call centers, these guys actually answer the phone and talk to a real person.
We were at the Old Liberty Schoolhouse B&B, and accidentally locked our keys in our minivan, called them right away, super fast service, very friendly tech, got it unlocked in no time at all, five star service, highly recommend them!!
When this ol tow guy needs his own wrecker towed called Aaron at Wells Towing. I knew they have the right medium duty trucks and terrific men doing the job! I certainly appreciate the care he gave my truck getting it to the car lot I'm working at now.
Some people have Harley or Hot Rods. This ol wrecker is like that to me so I sure appreciate the quality service from Wells Towing!!!?

Aaron was such a great help... An unfortunate incident left my little utility trailer sitting somewhere for a couple days and they ended up towing it back in August. I had just gotten enough money together to get it out and, thinking it was a long shot that they would even still have it, I called anyways and he told me he still had it and I could come pick it up!!! He's an awesome guy and I would recommend him to anyone needing a Wrecker Service. Thank you Aaron!!!

I've used them 3times in the past in the past year alone. They are alway quick and vary far on cost. Ive never waited longer then 30mins for someone to show up. Will use them every time!!

I had some trouble with my f250. I called Wells wrecker service and they sent Cornbread aka Aaron out. He was very respectful and one of the nicest guys I have ever met.
Cornbread(the dude's name that towed me) was the kindest, most helpful, and polite man I've ever dealt with in any car related incident. I highly recommend Wells for ANYBODY who has to use a towing service. Definite 10/10 service even at 3:17AM.
Highly recommended. Had to deal with them in what was a very upsetting circumstance. Employee Mark Smith was extremely compassionate and helped me work through the logistics of getting the situation resolved. His boss, Debra, assisted in helping me find the correct online forms. When we went to retrieve the vehicle, Mark went above and beyond by pointing out that the rear tire was really low and I was likely to end up stranded on the road (an hour from home) and aired it up before sending me on my way. Such kindness in my time of crisis was appreciated more than he probably knew.
I understand the fees they charge are much less than those of competing services, too.

Had a guest lock keys in their car on a Sunday evening. Called two other places who were unable to help. Wells answered promptly, arrived within 10 minutes and opened the door 2 minutes later. Price was unbelievable. Nice to have such a good neighborhood business in the Azle area. They will get my first call in the future.
Helped get our keys out of a car when we accidentally locked them in. None of the locksmiths were willing to come to our location because we are right on the town line. Extremely friendly and very helpful. Answered all questions we had about the process. Definitely recommend!
Being stranded at 2:00 AM with two flat tires is no fun. I called Wells Wrecker Services and they came out right away. My truck was towed using a heavy duty state-of-the-art flatbed truck. Excellent experience with WWS. Got a 30,000 lb truck stuck in mud and needed a tow. They were there within 20 minutes and the truck was out and running again in another 10.
The price was appropriate and less than expected. They definitely won't gouge you when you need them.
The driver was professional and helpful and the truck looks like it can handle anything from a regular car to a tractor trailer.
I highly recommend their service and will use them again. (I hope I don't have to though!)
