Called Tim's towing because my truck got stuck in a muddy ditch. James came out and was able to quickly winch my truck out with zero damage. A+ service
AAA dispatched Tim’s Towing to have our F150 brought to our house after we decided not to make repairs. Tim was and is one of the best ever. We had recently had our own automotive repair shop so we we have quite a bit of experience with the tow truck companies and Tim far exceeded not only our expectations, but he went above and beyond to help see that the truck was placed in a good spot.

I just want to say thank you to Tim from Tim's towing tonight I was locked out of my car and gave AAA a call and within 5 minutes he was on the phone with me and within 15 minutes he was there with my car unlocked... We own a tow company, but do not do insurance calls. A good friend was waiting an hour thru AAA and no call from Tims. When she proceeded to call the dispatch was very rude and told her they won't take the call. Then proceeded to be nasty on the phone. Customer service is top in this business and this company I assure you does not have that. Shame on her for being so rude and nasty to a customer.
Stranded in Azle just south of Main on access road 1am needing a tow less than 9 miles. AAA dispatched Tim's Towing. After waiting 45 minutes found they declined the call. Filling complaint with AAA to drop Tim! Bad form from a supposed roadside assistance. They don't deserve work from AAA!
I had my tire blow out New Year’s Eve at 3am. I understood it had a chance of taking a while, but communication was horrible. I went through triple AAA and they paired me with Tim’s. I was stuck in my car for 4 hrs waiting and waiting until finally canceling and asking QT if I could just leave my car for the day there. I’m not even upset with the wait time, it was with the lady Amanda who worked there. I’ve worked for 10 years and still do in customer service and would never be as rude as she was to me. I would call once AN HR not repeatedly just to check and finally the last time I was just trying to double check on if I needed to be with my car so I could uber home and get 2 hrs of sleep before work. She kept ending the call every two rings for about 3 calls in a row. I didn’t think she was forwarding me on purpose until I called from my spouses phone immediately after my 3rd call got forwarded and she answered and immediately cut me off. And it was still over an hr after that call that I decided to full on cancel because I didn’t trust that they were actually coming. There was even a lady who walked by my car and proceeded to tell me all the bad reviews she’s heard personally on the customer service from the lady working the phone also. Sorry for long review, but I was actually floored by my treatment that night. I just wanted to get home
Called Tim’s and they came within 20 min to get me out of a tight spot. Sean came and like a pro got me out of a ditch with no damage to my vehicle. Even gave military discount. I recommend them if need a tow.
My Miata had picked up a nail and needed tire inflation to get it to the repair shop. Tim was here in MINUTES and at the height of the downpour this morning! He was fast, kind, funny and a true gem to meet. Raving fan, here!

Greg helped get my car back to discount tire in Azle on 12/2/24. He was super nice and very helpful. I had an issue with the tire shop messing up some wheels and they said that they didn’t see a problem. Greg was very professional and kind and did a great job with my car as it is lower which made it more difficult to load/unload. He even helped at the tire shop showing what was identified as the problem that the other techs didn’t see. Greatly appreciate his help that day and hope his hard work is recognized!
DO NOT USE Tim’s towing both my vehicles have been damaged when my vehicles have been dropped off. It’s better to sit on the side of the road than have them damage your car my first vehicle had about $200 worth of damage which I let go. Now my BMW has about $6k worth of damage.
When they unloaded my car the hook got stuck and ripped my bumper broke the head light and damaged the parking sensors. Zero call backs and not willing to help at all. Do not use them. AAA can’t help either
This place was great they fixed my vehicle and got it running again in no time my car is driving very good now thank you so much to Tim’s towing!! Yall are great and I will be using yall again.
THESE PEOPLE STOLE MY PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION AND OVER $400 IN CASH FROM MY CAR. After having my car impounded with Tims Towing through the Azle PD. All of my belongings that had any value were gone. Then they want to charge me over $2000 to get my car out after stealing from me? I am so disappointed in Azle PD for working with this company. I cannot believe it.
AAA called Tim's and they actually declined my tow to Cliff's Goodyear bc of a dispute the two companies have against eachother. WHY is that the customer's (my) fault. Apparently this altercation happened over 18yrs ago! What is this...High school drama?? How can Tim's be associated with AAA if they'll only tow tow companies THEY CHOOSE. AAA had hard time finding another company to come tow my Carr to Cliff's. Wasted a whole day waiting and disappointing in Tim's that they would treat a customer like this due to some dumb dispute that occurred yearrrs ago! Get over it already!
If you need a locksmith….a legit, very quick to respond and efficient locksmith look no further!! My not so pleasant experience of locking my car with the keys in the ignition, car running, doors locked and purse and phone inside turned into a non stressed experience thanks to Amanda. Not only did she unlock my car door but she was friendly and kind and helped ease the pain and didn’t make me feel like a dummy for what I did.
Call Tim’s Towing for not only a wrecker service but a locksmith service as well!
Good, honest towing company. I got the text from AAA that Tim's Towing was dispatched at 7:30pm. The driver called me immediately to tell me his ETA and even recommended a good shop in town to fix my wheel bearing. He was there within an hour and gave us and our dog a ride to the shop.
Would definitely recommend them.
I was stuck at the local car wash when my battery decided to die on me. After having some nice person attempt to jump my battery. It still wouldn’t crank. I called Tim at Tim’s wrecker and towing service and he was there in a few minutes. He got my car started and didn’t charge me since I was a disabled veteran. Tim is a good man. I recommend anyone having roadside issues or other mechanical issues to call Tim. Thanks Tim for your help
Called these guys on a Thursday at 8. Still waiting at 10:30. Sent the guy my location 3 times. Driver could not figure it out even though I was 1.7 miles from their address

They rescued me two days in a row. Yes, two days in a row. First my car’s belt came off. Second day, I drove my husband’s car and a hose popped while on the road. They were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and gave us some good advice to get us back on the road. Wish they gave a frequent flyer discount (j/k)! Both times, we were picked up within 30 minutes. Thank you for everything!
After being pushed back and no shows from Towing Companies all day, we called Tim’s Towing in Azle. They were there and truck loaded within 20 minutes of us calling them. The driver was very efficient, friendly and professional. Thank you Tim’s Towing for saving us today. Y’all are amazing!
Sean McMahon is by far the best and fast car unlocked I've ever seen, he got my keys out in 2mins in the dark and was a great guy too. I would definitely recommend this man for any locksmithing job...you won't regret it!
Craig was very fast and professional and towed my vehicle to my preferred place of repair. Was stuck in gear and he loaded and unloaded it no problem. He knew what he was doing. Very skilled and helpful
They are over priced, go with Sargents Towing if you want 24/7 good prices. $700 for a 20 minute tow when other companies have towed just as far or further for around $200-$250.

Had a great experience with Tim's Towing when I needed assistance towing my vehicle. The driver who assisted us was courteous, and careful in loading and unloading my vehicle. I feel he went the extra mile in making sure my family and I got the help we needed. The pricing was fair, and the company has been easy to deal with after the fact in getting all documentation emailed to me for insurance purposes. Overall would not hesitate to use them again.
