Everything went good with the picking up of the car and towing. I left my apartment keys and mail key on my car keys though. I called and talked to Alex. He said he would call the sales department to arrange for me to get them. I waited and called back. I had a girl that was rude and hung up. I got Alex again. He said he would talk to them, but nothing. Y’all are quick to pick up the car, but if I leave my apartment keys in there by accident, I’m SOL! BS!
I love the quickness and honesty i believe Melissa helped. Just to save anyone time, without the title as of Sep 2023 the flat rate was $200 . I didn't go with them but I appreciated the honesty and quickness
